Eveite was glad that she was back here, on Earth, on what was most likely solid ground. Being in the Rift had been... something else and not something she had wanted to repeat any time soon. So she was perfectly content being here outside at night and trying to drain people. Unfortunately it didn't appear that many others had been out tonight, and other than a bit of flirting with one guy that she had managed to drain some energy from, she could only say that her energy quota was low for the week.
She didn't worry too much about it, but it was frustrating. She already had a harder time than other Agents, though that was because of her unwillingness to fight unless she had to. There were plenty of other blood-thirsty Agents that was enough for the Negaverse but without attacking, it was harder to get energy, at least as a Lieutenant. If she had been a Captain then she could have just been sitting at a bench and then draining people that way.
Worse still, it appeared that she had popped up on a Senshi's radar. A Super at that, and without the ability to teleport, it would be much harder to get away. She was going through an escape strategy in her head while the Senshi got closer, wondering if she might just be able to talk her way out of it...

Lieutenants had often slipped beneath Cybele's notice during her time in the Negaverse, and she had only paid them so much mind immediately after her purification, as well. It was only now that she'd received new information and had some time to process it that she was more careful to pay attention to every single Chaos aura that slipped across her radar.
Everything about the Negaverse was a fight for energy. Metallia must not have been able to produce her own. It was all stolen, and the lieutenants, she knew, were the ones on the ground doing much of that stealing. Every task, every corruption, and every mission must have been weighed by its price against the current reserves of energy. If they could keep the lieutenants from those duties for long enough, they might be able to starve out some of the Negaverse's power.
Cybele followed this one's aura at a jog, her silver heels clicking on concrete until she came face to face with a woman who was, luckily, only fleetingly familiar.
"Whatever you're doing," said Cybele, her voice low, her fists already curled at her sides, "Stop."

"Yes," said Cybele, tone flat. "Stop standing here and go home, or stop breathing. The choice is yours, really."
The threat came to her lips too easily. Not that she'd come here with any intention of killing this lieutenant, but if she proved herself especially devoted to the Negaverse's work for any reason, the option was on the table.
"Hunter's grace," whispered Cybele, the ethereal bow of her basic magic forming in her hands. She let it stay there, three fingers curled around the faintly glowing string, as she looked the agent over as a quieter kind of threat. "The Negaverse doesn't need any more energy than it already has."
SSBrosB Sailor Scout Attack: Hunter's Grace A phantom bow forms in Cybele's hands. She shoots the bow at a ally, or straight up in which case it will target herself. When the arrow reaches the target, it splits and they are covered in its strange light. They are suddenly filled with concentration, their senses are sharpened slightly and their speed increases slightly. This state lasts for 30 seconds. It is useful for tracking and makes dodging attacks easier. While physical and mental strength is not increased, a fast attack at high concentration tends to do more damage than a normal one. She can also use the bow to threaten people, though if she does not shoot it after 30 seconds, it fades, using a use of the attack. She can use this attack twice per battle. If she is not targeting herself, she has to actually aim the bow. A knowledgeable enemy could knock it off course quite easily or even intercept it, gaining the benefits.

Eveite grimaced. She didn't want to fight in the first place, but considering how annoying it was to gather energy at this point, the Senshi threatening her like this was irritating. She took a moment to think, of course she didn't want to fight the Senshi. She really didn't have any interesting in fighting at all, but it was how to get out of this situation that was the problem.
"Hmm, I think energy is find to take. As much as I don't like action of gathering it, with my experiences you'll find that the human race as a whole really isn't worth saving." She had found too many things that she had wanted to forget in her time of being on the dark net for some hacking tips. "But, I'll leave. Still, I can't have you watching where I'm going now can I?" She said, summoning her USB sticks and threw them at the Senshi. She didn't care if they hit or not, it was only meant as a distraction as she made her getaway.
Unfortunately she couldn't teleport, so running away was the only choice for now. She didn't mind losing her USB sticks. She summoned them back after she had gone a bit away and was pretty sure that gravity had kicked in and they were on the ground. Still, it was something to make a note of about this area. It appeared to be patrolled, at least a little. Caution would have to be used to drain energy there.

Cybele was squinting at the agent before the agent was throwing USB sticks at her face.
After that, she was really squinting, mostly because one of them bounced off her eyebrow, and it stung a little.
She did not move from her spot as the other woman ran. Her magic eventually faded away, even as her thoughts spun. She wasn't sure if she'd ever thought much about the long term during her time in the Negaverse. The Chaos had affected her empathy. She knew that much. She'd had no trouble taking starseeds from passerbys, but she'd never considered the fact that the entire human race might end up as a target.
And here, this Lieutenant had not only thought about that but was fine with it.
Perhaps that made the difference between the people who would last in the Negaverse and those who wouldn't, thought Cybele. Very few of Order's arguments would find hold in the mind of someone who did not care if things ended up in oblivion, at least until the Negaverse's cruelty got turned on them and they changed their minds about things.
Cybele would have to keep an eye on this one, she thought. Perhaps next time she should not let her go so easily.
"That's not your choice to make," she whispered to the empty street.
Then she was off, looking for the next speck of Chaos to chase.
