EchosSweet
Once Cierret actually managed to power up, he was pretty sure he liked the time he spent as Wild. Running faster than he ever had before, jumping higher than he ever had before, facing enemies when he would've been much too frightened otherwise. His senses felt so open. It was like going from breathing at the top of a mountain to inhaling sweet oxygen at its base. Wild even had friends, allies who went out to patrol with him. Something Cierret almost completely lacked.
But on any given day, deciding to power up was always fraught with indecision. Should he? What if someone saw him? Was it safe? He didn't want to be attacked by Negaverse agents and corrupted senshi stronger than he was. And where should he? Not in the privacy of his own home, for sure. If someone sensed him there, that would be bad. But anyone could have eyes on him out in public, and that seemed like a stupid, huge risk.
Any empty alleyways or deserted rooftops would suffice, but he was so afraid of being seen, or of someone putting the pieces together even if they didn't watch his actual transformation. It couldn't be that hard to find him out, and it seemed like so many people were already privy to this special world...
But barring those troubles, he liked powering up. He liked meeting with Kitty, Miros, or Sawtooth. They'd all been... really there for him. It was nice.
Kitty was meeting him today. The Senshi of Defiance had promised to show him a few combat tricks. Wild's magic was only useful in particularly close quarters, where Negaverse agents would be at their most dangerous, so if he wanted to use his magic, he needed to know how to defend himself. Kitty was, apparently, trained in this already and willing to help Wild learn.
Wild wasn't so sure, himself...
