By doing missions. You can find personal missions to do in the Mission Locker, you can either write up the mission all at once as a story and post it in the Mission Archives or RP it out post by post with another person on the Side RP board. We also have Team Missions, which you may see on the main page, which work exactly how it sounds, missions we carry out as a group of an extended period of time.
