xxxxx※ One of Dr. Ccoli's favorite pet projects has been trying to Bio-engineer the ultimate foot soldier for the sinter force, but after 10 failed test subjects of trying to implement his genetic enhancements into existing foot soldiers Dr. Phosfa was assigned by lady sinter to keep an eye on Dr. Ccoli's research projects while acting as his assistant, and she gave him the brilliant idea of creating artificial lifeforms based around the genetic enhancements he is failing to implement into the existing foot soldiers. That lead to the creation of Subject XI, who is currently being "raised" in VR training as his body grows in his incubation chamber, but the scheduled time for his official "birth" is soon approaching and Dr. Phosfa is planning to celebrate it by giving Subject XI the name Zelxious.
