Personality: Joyful : Kefi seems to get enjoyment from almost any and all things. That's not to say that she is always happy because that's kind of impossible for anyone to always be happy but she is normally able to turn her mood around pretty quickly.
Mediocre : Kefi finds that she doesn't really seem to have a talent or aptitude for any one thing in particular. She merely seems average at most things which helps her get by with most things but also keeps her from learning the finer aspects of different things. Perhaps when she's older she'll find something or maybe even someone who makes her want to try harder but for the mean time she's okay with her lot in life.
Careless : Because Kefi tends to find the joy in many things it also means she tends to let go of the things that don't bring her joy. Sometimes by avoidance or simply being careless. She just wants those good vibes and a happy life, there's no room for anything else! Unfortunately it tends to mean she doesn't keep many friends as her careless ness makes other tend to think that she has a 'my way or the highway' attitude. Which wouldn't be incorrect, she'd rather do what made her happy instead of what made someone else happy. Eventually she'll find someone she'll want to change for but for most of her young life it will be a defining characteristic.

History: Kefi has had a rather uneventful childhood. She's the daughter of an Oban merchant who had started the trips over to Yael as soon as he was able. It was there that he met Maere. Truth be told, the elarian woman didn't want anything to do with him to begin with. But Cas quickly became infatuated with the strange woman. Soon enough, he had worn her down with gifts and started having conversations. Maere, having stayed on the island when her sister's had left for Kahikina, began to feel a sort of wanderlust after hearing Cas' stories. Cas then had little issue convincing her to travel with them. It didn't take long for them to fall in love. As the two fell deeper in love, Maere remembered what the Alkidike mystic had said about Elzira's previous condition: that she was going through a puberty and would be able to provide children to mixed race couples. They traveled back to Yael and in the middle of the night, they went to Elzira to ask for a child, hoping that the alkidike mystic had been correct. She hoped that Elzira would see that their love was true and grant them their wish but also keep Cas safe from her sisters who did not agree with them mingling with earthlings while they waited for their bloom. Elzira did not waste time and before they knew it, Maere was sneaking out of camp and back to the small campsite they had made with a tiny bundle wrapped in her arms. The couple traveled back to Oba where the set up a life to bring up their daughter together. Kefi lived all of her young life getting stares from people because of her looks but she paid them no mind, she had better things to do after all! Living on the edge of Sulburi meant there was much to do and learn which was something Kefi found she enjoyed...as long as she didn't' have to sit still for too long and the teacher wasn't mean. At the very least, it meant there was almost always something for Kefi to participate in as she figures out who she is and what life has in store for her.
