Hobbies:
Reading - Caleb is a certified bookworm. He always has his nose in a book - and mind you, it has to be a book and not a e-reader - and always has at least one novel he's reading with him at all times. On trips, he often takes more than one book with him or buys more while out and about. He can be a bit of a snob with it though, and pretty much looks down on e-readers or sites like Wattpad. Why would you want to look at a screen to read a book when you could physically HOLD ONE?!
Coffee - If Caleb is a book snob, he's an even more of a coffee snob. Except, not in the way you'd expect. He will only drink straight black coffee, usually some sort of bold roast, and turns up his nose to any addition of sugar or cream. He wants his coffee so black it's almost Vanta Black.
Virtues:
Intelligent - Caleb is incredibly intelligent, which has meant different things to different people over the years. He's good at picking up patterns, and retains information very well, though his book smarts can be lacking depending on the subject. He was in the gifted kids program as a kid, along with his twin, because pattern recognition is something he's very good at. His ability to retain and regurgitate information has helped him a lot with answering questions for customers or students.
Dutybound - Caleb's got a sense of honor about him. He has his morals and he sticks to them. Moreover, if you give him a task, he will complete it. His honor kind of demands it. He's not always great with not... trying to enforce his code of honor onto everyone else, but he's gotten better in the last few years. Caleb holds himself to a higher standard than most people though, and will not allow himself to fall beneath that.
Flaws:
Reckless - The only problem with being 'intelligent' is that he decidedly knows the idea to go joy riding on his bike at 3 am mid thunderstorm is a terrible idea, but he does it anyway. It's a trait he and several of his siblings have, and led straight to the loss of his left arm. Caleb doesn't really know the meaning of 'safety'. He just does what he wants, as he wants.
Stubborn - Caleb is the walking embody of "no, you move". It's very, very hard to get him to change his opinions on something when he's made them, or to even turn away from the course he's on. No, he's not going to change the grade for you, you should have studied more. Yes, he's riding his motorcycle in the lane. If you hit him, that's your problem, he's not going to make room for you.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Left eye is Teal, Right eye is gray
Hair: Bright auburn, usually kept up in a messy bun on his head. He's got a kind of kept goatee as well
Face: Angular, offset by the goatee.
Skin Tone: PASTEY WHITE he's irish ok
Body Type: He's a little on the twig side - tall but skinny
Clothes: College English professor meets rugged motorcyclist; A lot of scarves and sweaters and vests in dark colors and heavy combat grade boots and cargo pants. He usually is always wearing long sleeves to cover the fake arm. Auburn hair is always up in some sort of bun or ponytail, usually with a pen or pencil holding it in place.
