These days, Encke had found himself heading back to not spending a terrible amount of time on Earth when he was powered up.

With the continuous and endless ebbs and flows of the underground war that infiltrated every part of their society, Encke had long since decided that one of the best uses of his time, while he was powered up, was in the skies above. The hours he spent upon his comet were uncountable, and when he had powered up, his plans for that evening had been the same. He planned to attend to his gardens, perhaps finish the sweeping and cleaning of another house that he had spent hours making into a liveable space once more.

Needless to say, sensing an aura and then being approached by that aura took him by surprise, but considering what they said, it was a welcomed surprise.

"No, totally alright for you to ask," Encke spun around, letting the page see the full extent of the glowing marks that were visible on his body, and even pulled his boots off for a moment to show where they echoed on his feet and legs. "I'm transcendent. I'm gonna assume you haven't heard of that since the glowing's unfamiliar," before Voyager could get a word in, Encke kept going. "Got it when I did so much for my homeworld. After I turned the power back on. It protects me. Lets me grant people energy. And seems like Chaos can't get to me, either."

Encke popped his boot back on.

"Plus it just looks cool, right?"

"Transcendent Eternal Sailor Encke," Encke took Voyager's hand, giving it a confident and firm shake that seemed to suit him well, "of Plasma."

Encke always found himself fascinated by those who had only been part of this for a few months. It was honestly hard to imagine anything like that, at this point. He couldn't remember a time before the Negaverse, not really. He couldn't remember a time before he was aware of the monsters crawling through the streets. He couldn't remember a time before --

No matter.

"No need to worry about asking too many questions. I've been aware of this for, ah," he gestured, "thirteen years or so? Just glad we're finally getting ways to defend ourselves." Like their homeworlds and transcendence. Like more of their ranks. Like a few royals, here and there. "I'd rather answer whatever questions you have. Including about homeworlds. How I got so glowy in the first place, after all."

He shot Voyager a wide grin.

"I love going to space myself. I've actually spend a lot of time restoring my world."

"I wouldn't call being Transcendent being different so much as getting an add-on," Encke snickered, leaning back as he considered the knight's questions. "We're still senshi. albeit glowing ones. But we gain more abilities. We can go back to our homes more often. Our homes in space grant us the ability to either share our energy or," he paused, running over the possibilities in his mind, "or use our magic more often. I can share energy, myself. Help restore those who have fought or who the Negaverse has drained.

"And," he leaned in a bit closer as if sharing a valuable secret. "Negaverse can't take our starseeds. I've had three separate people try. They all got bounced back."

In all honesty, perhaps Encke should have been a bit more cautious about himself considering how many death lists he had seemingly gotten himself on. It had to be going around the Negaverse that he was incorruptible or un-starseedable by now. It honestly seemed like a way to get himself on a particularly small and particularly determined death list.

But even if that was the case, it hadn't seemed to happen so far, and if it had, he'd rather be ran through the heart than serve the forces of evil or be eaten by them.

"Knights can transcend too. I highly recommend it." He chuckled. "And, I suppose my homeworld is somewhat themed after plasma? It's a world of electricity. Energy. We've learned to harness that electricity cleanly to power ourselves. Or, well," he knit his brows, "suppose I did, this time around."

The Enckeans should have been alive. The Enckeans were lost to centuries and dust.

"It feels a bit futuristic, but I wouldn't necessarily say it's themed off... say, plasma balls."

Encke would show Voyager what a starseed was if he could, but the most important part was that Voyager knew that they could be taken from their chests, were fundamentally their souls, and could be protected by transcendence. At hearing Voyager's enthusiasm for perhaps taking up the path of transcendence himself, Encke's bright expression widened into a grin.

That was absolutely what he wanted to hear.

The more of them that were transcended, the less of them the Negaverse could try to take. The fewer of them the Negaverse could try to take, the fewer forces the Negaverse would have. The fewer forces the Negaverse would have, the less damage they could do.

It was a slow process, but it was one Encke was willing to commit to.

"Just show your wonder care, and your wonder will reward you," so far as Encke could tell, anyway; his observations so far had backed that up. "Maybe with more power. I imagine yours will have something to do with Time, right?" Not that he knew terribly much about Pluto knights...

His eyes widened in mild surprise at the suggestion of bringing something back before his grin widened further. "Oh! Is that what your wonder does? A museum of a sort?" He glanced out toward the sky, pursing his lips in thought. "I would certainly prefer most Enckean things stay on Encke, but I've uncovered quite a bit by now. Wouldn't mind you taking something smaller if you'd like."

If the Enckeans were a quarter as prolific as it seemed the past-day Sailor Encke liked to think themselves, the present-day Sailor Encke wouldn't be terribly surprised if there were already Enckean things littered across the cosmos.

"And: it follows that also wouldn't mind taking you to Encke's Comet at some point. I love to show it off, honestly." Was he certain that it, itself, had made the difference in Sedna's purification? Of course not. Was he certain that he had felt a significant change in their relationship, that it had brought him closer to other people, that it had shown them what space could actually be and why it was worth the effort?

Absolutely.

"Don't exactly have the guidebook for becoming transcendent, but I'd like to think I have a pretty good idea of how to get there." Encke hoped that he could get a better idea by continuing to assist others in their pursuit of it, or at least, in their pursuit of helping their comets.

Besides finding a way to permanently get themselves the higher, more open ground of space in itself, it seemed the best way to protect them from Chaos was figuring out Transcendence.

The next time Encke made it out to Encke's Comet, he'd have to put aside something small for Voyager. Preferably, something he had something of a backstory on. "I actually have quite a bit of information of the varied things on my comet," replied Encke, noting to himself that it seemed Voyager was probably a museum curator of some sort outside of the knight uniform. "Been going to my comet for years, and when senshi go, they oft get," he gestured, trying to explain, "memories of who we were before. I remember my past life, the past Encke. Understand it's sometimes different for knights."

Knights seemed to either have an ancestor -- like Pendour -- or behave similarly to Encke. He'd imagine Voyager would figure that out fairly quickly once he went to his wonder more often.

"So I've been able to remember quite a bit. I'll see if I can find something to put aside." He paused, gesturing in the air as he tried to remember his civilian phone number. Once he did, he took Voyager's phone, entering in his phone number under the civilian entry of Ignacio - the last name absent, just in case. "Do you work at a museum, then? Suppose it's fitting you have a wonder based on a museum."

Friendship. Sounded good to him. Encke gave a bright grin in response. "Oh, an archivist! I'll have to take a look around. Always looking for new places to go to with my husband."

Well. New places to go to was relative. Encke had a tendency of not trusting anything new so far as he could throw it. It had been proven to him enough times that new things were just signs of the Negaverse being up to something that he usually gave most new things at least a few months before he dared enter. A museum that had been in the city for a while, though, partially maintained by a known member of Order? New to him and having been present for a while?

That worked just fine.

"Actually," Encke's eyes lit up. "That's not a bad idea at all. Perhaps we can copy it into a guide for the senshi phones." He wasn't certain if there was a solid path, but from what he had gathered, there seemed to be one. Take care of homeworld. Sincerely care about homeworld.

Voyager's last comments drew a snort from Encke.

"Ah, take it your ancestors took the traditional steal precious artifacts approach. I appreciate you're taking a different tack."

Encke would definitely have not appreciated Voyager just stealing something.

"But I'm not just giving in, I promise. Happy to share things if it helps increase the knowledge of space. I'll find something good."
