Hardworking but does have a lazy side when she have the time to chill. Sometimes, she even try to sneak away from boring lessons or chores.
Normally brave and collected, but could get reckless if her emotions gets the best of her.

History: Grew up in Riverin with her parents, maternal grandmother and older brother Urho, in the same neighborhood as Aulona. The three of them, along with three others always played together from when they were kids.

When she were 13, her life took a turn. Curious about the surface, she snuck away while everyone was asleep to take an early look. Everything went well, but while near a beach, she got entangled in a discarded fishnet. Just as she started to panic, terrified of what would happen to her, a passing boy showed up and helped her.

After some months, she felt she wanted to try and meet him again, just to thank him for helping her, and she had one idea how. So one day, she "borrowed" an old magic book from her grandmother's study. She found a spell that would allow her to change between human and mermaid forms whenever she wanted.

As the years went by after that, she lives a double life where she acted like normal when around the villagers, and secretly went to spend some hours on the surface, learning a lot about the human world from a friend she made.

After turning 18 five months ago, she can move around more freely without asking for permission. When hearing Aulona had left the village, she got prepared to catch up to her and see if they could travel together. Only to hear that Aulona had been turned into a human by a stranger and is staying at some castle.

Now worried like never before, she is getting ready to head to the surface, to make sure that Aulona is alright.

Weakness: Poppies.

Strength: Her magic is stronger during new moon.
Also good at keeping secrets.

History: Used to live with her parents, but they passed away when she was four. With no other relatives around, her maternal grandmother, Majken, adopted her.

Despite that, she was happy with Majken and the cat Senka. In preschool, she met some of her first friends who are still hanging with her.

Recently, Majken revealed that she is a witch, as she gave Sandybell a mirror that allows traveling to Ivalice. She was obvious skeptical at first but decided to try it later that day, not expecting that it would work.

Weakness: She can't handle deep water very well (too deep for her is when it reaches above her shoulders while standing upright).

Strength: Her personal ability as a witch is oneiromancy (dream magic)
