A certain Demon faunus answers the call from Rey who was looking for more information and wanting to berate her for getting in the way at the water festival. Little does he know, she more like him than he thinks, but will the truth be revealed?

Or at least humans that do not talk. Instead, I have to be on a team with 3 idiots!! He commented as he thought about the fact he needed to get some ingredients as well. Maybe he can kill two birds with 1 stone. The merchants didn't really have the ingredients he needed at time. Especially certain spices that he liked for his dishes. One good thing about the whole slavery thing was sharing recipes whenever had a chance. Well more, remembering about the taste of certain things. Whether he had gotten them correct or not he was unsure but it was tasty to him so he figured was nothing to change until corrected by a native of the lands. He would stop near midtown area of Vale and would wait for a certain person to show up. Rey being sociable? Not quite. He was wanting information and was trying to figure out some things for himself. That of course meant he needed to know about some of the others. The thing about the Demons were he didn't know a lot of them but they were seen as family but from the consensus he gotten from the BBQ. All the demons were there except Felix and Narx. So, that leads to the question....was there more or was it just them? As far as Shamille? He did not know what she was. He just knew she was a faunus so it was a good place to start. Maybe she can point him towards some other demons. She was the only one that answered his contact so it not like he had any other leads to go by. Plus, he had other things to discuss with her......like getting in his way when he about to make a filthy human turn into fish food. Yes, he was still bitter about that!
                                                                                  OOC:

Shamilla had sneaked from the campus so she could shop for her teammates and herself. Everything seemed to be going just fine, until she rounded the corner, going through an alley and unwittingly letting Rey catch a glimpse of her as she did so. She didn't notice, of course, so she continued on her merry way to the butcher's and vegetables shop without looking back behind her. Shamilla knew he contacted her, but didn't think he would actually come to the location discussed. Shamilla loved shopping, and seeing as nothing ever happened to her while during these trips, she didn't think anything would happen now. Not even the fear of her own sister was enough to dampen her spirits when on such errands. The outdoor winds were starting to pickup, and a small storm seemed to be heading their way. Seeing this slight change of weather, Shamilla began to walk a little faster to her destination, hoping the drizzle won't catch her before she could make it. Here in town she can just blend in, being completely in her element as another member of the big crowd, and not sticking out in the least bit as she made her way to the grocery story. There was no possible way anything eventful would happen on such a mundane and typical trip to town. Or so she thought....

The first drops of water just hit the pavement as soon as she entered the store, and Shamilla sighed in relaxation as she didn't have to worry about getting soaked for the timebeing. Getting back to the campus, though, was a different story. Since the storm came in the most random time, she didn't even bring an umbrella to help deter the slight windy drizzle that was now starting to pickup from the haze. She would have to wait it out till the small storm had passed. She wasn't worried about this notion too much, as the store wouldn't close till later that evening, and something told her that this whole thing wouldn't last very long, atleast it wouldn't pickup agian until she made her way back to their dorm. Yes, she would have to leave as soon as the small storm letup just a tiny bit. Luckily the paper grocery bags can be placed and wrapped in plastic so they wouldn't get spoiled, and she would have to get used to the idea of getting wet just a tad bit if she were to make this endeavor even remotely successful. The goal was: Get in, get out, and get the supplies back to the dorm in one piece. If Rey showed up or not, it was completely on him. If he did, she would have a few things to say to him about that little tussle at the carnival.

It was an honest curiosity. Would Rey show up? To most, he would not but Rey had motivation to show up in this instance. Revenge. Let alone he was angry. He was pissed he was not able to gut those humans up like they deserved. He could not comprehend how one would just allow themselves to be disrespected. Life was precious? SO why was a demon faunus life held in the same standard? The picking up of the weather did not bother Rey at all. Especially once he was able to catch a glimpse of Shamilla. Did she walk by on purpose and forget? It did not matter. He was on her a**!.

As soon as she was finished and was about head by the door, Rey was waiting on her as the rain pelted against the concrete outside. The natural lights made him look more ghost like in appearance. Looking at the groceries she had, his eyes rolled a little as if the sight of her sickened him. ¨Ironic is fate sometimes...I have some choice words for you human lover¨

Shamilla put down her groceries as soon as she saw Rey waiting for her outside to the side. So, the hard-a** weirdo actually came. Her weapon had been floating next to her this whole time. "What do you want?" Shamilla said in a hardened and deep tone, she was prepared to fight him if he decided to jump the gun first. But first she supposed it wouldn't hurt to hear what he has to say before they did. Her weapon, as if on cue, floated to her side and positioned itself close to her right hand, which she had raised in a ready stance and was meant to be seen as a warning. She swore, if he decided to rough her up, she was ready. She wouldn't know how she would fair against such a burly fellow who was riled with the idea of revenge, as it was obvious in his stance, but she wouldn't back down if it came to it. The rain continues to batter down on the scene, the people at the market had gone quiet as they gazed at the apparent and tense stand-off between the two faunuses from the safety of the building. It was as if the air crackled with static electricity. Shamilla could hear their murmurs as they stood as a witness to their conflict. "I am no lover of humans, but I do know when lives are going to be needlessly thrown aside." She had a focused and somewhat angry expression now. Her eyes glittered yellow and green with determination.

"If you have something to say, say it now, before you soil my good intentions for the day." A bit of thunder had erupted from the sky at this moment. It looks like this sudden rain shower was going to be a little more intense than she had planned. This would make words between them a little garbled, a little hard to hear over the hard patter of falling rain. But it mattered not if she had to fight in her civilian clothes soaked and cold. It made the chance of a fight more likely, since words could not be easily exchanged between them without having each of them to speak a little louder. But it mattered not to her, either. She tensed up for what was to come, but she did not move from her spot. She waited until he spoke his mind, and if he were to come on strong with an attack, she would be ready to dodge it and maintain her ideal distance from him. The place had gone quiet now, with nothing but the sound of water hitting concrete echoing between them, and nothing else but the hardened glare of Shamilla at the unbeknownst faunus guy who wanted nothing more than give her a hard time in return at this very moment. A moment had seemed to pass before he would open his mouth again, but Shamilla would have preferred anything except a fight at the moment, especially since she had other plans for the day, and she had no plans to adhere to getting demolished just yet.

What did he want? Why would Rey come all the way out there? Had to be for something? Was it just a paired shopping trip? Something more or less? Looking at her weapon, he smirked. "Don't you even try it. I will end you if you try fight me. Don't make it harder on yourself " He commented with a smirk. It was true. He didn't lie about it. It was the truth. Unless was something that he didn't know, he had the advantage when it came to fighting over her. She never displayed anything that made him once think to look at her and go, "fighter". Nothing at all. "Hmph. Our lives have been needlessly thrown aside just for the advancement and profit of humans and you dare feel some type of feeling for them just for when some get what they deserve. Are you a betrayer of your own kind? Are you really that so brainwashed that you feel actual sympathy for beings that could not give a damn about you and whatever..you may be? Some bull or cow. " He commented before sitting up and standing instead of leaning. His cold eyes started her down. The thunder adding more drama to the scene.

"Your good intentions? Don't make me laugh" He added as he would not be able to hear much after that. He didn't draw his weapon. He didn't need it for her. Instead, he would just walk forward. There were no good intentions in his eyes. "I get really tired of people telling me how I suppose to feel and act as if we suppose to always turn the other cheek when mistreated." He commented before going closer. He was going for a backhand slap to her face. He was going to torture her for getting in his way.

"A human raised and trained me." Was what she said in an even but cold tone, but she kept her distance. She would not allow him to lay a hand on her, and if he did, she wouldn't sit there and take it like it was nothing on his part. "Not all humans are what you say they are, regardless of what most faunus think of them or have experienced under their tyranny. Not all humans are made of dirt, and certainly not all faunus are innocent in their own right." This she knew too well. She began to back up to the left, but kept up with him through pace and distance. She wouldn't dare go near him at his current state. Besides, she was an archer, and distance was key when she fought anyone. She knew she would not be able to dissuade a direct blow or recover from it. He was a melee fighter, and therein lies her weakness. Which is why even as he began to inch closer in steps to get closer to her in proximity, she continued to back up to the road back to the campus, "The world isn't as black and white as you believe it to be. Good and evil are not uniform, only a child would think that way." She said in a clear tone through the rain, the wind picking up her voice and blowing it in his direction, "But what business do I have to lecture you on things I know nothing about on a personal level?" Her weapon hovered close to her, ready for a trigger.

"I won't blame you for hating humans. But taking out your careless hate or misled sense of justice on anyone is something I care to digress." She felt her aura begin to boil within her, rearing for the fight. She began to paw the ground with her left leg in her usual display of showing aggression. She was ready to bear her horns and engage. What she said seemed to echo as the rain continued to hound. The people at the grocery store had phoned both the school and the local authorities who were nearby. If blood was spilt infront of their establishment, the blame would be on them for not taking action, what with a dangerous looking man cornering a seemingly regular-looking customer right infront of their doorsteps. They knew nothing of what the situation presented to them was about, but everyone who were close by could certainly feel Shamilla's heavy purple aura boiling beneath the surface, her face starting to contort in an animalistic way, the way only sheep faunus would look when enraged or ticked off in some shape or form. She was, afterall, the cornered animal here. She was the one being mistreated, and by another faunus, of all things. He was talking bullcrap because he too was ticked off himself. The man started to sound like a hypocrite, and not a very convincing one at that.

A human raised her? OHHHH. It was starting to make sense now. Oh, it was more than starting to make sense. No wonder she was soft. She was filled with delusions from the very beginning. She felt she was a human deep down was most like it. He would lick his lips at this information. She stayed out of range so he wasn't able to get his slap off. At least, not yet. He wasn't fully committed to it. Hearing this information, he hounded back easily. "Ohh, is that so? Did the human that train you explain the truth to you? Did they tell all the horrific things that humans have done to our kind? No. In fact, you don't know a damn thing. Some of us can't be lucky to just be Faunus. Some of us have our own issues to worry about" He added as his horns grew and black aura started to crackle around his body. "Some of us can never find peace because they want to use us as nothing but tools. Nothing but warriors. We can never have peace. We can never be free until our oppressors understand we will not be bondage. But what do you know. Not like you are a demon faunus" He commented with a smirk.

"You are right. The world isn't black or white. It also isn't fair. Don't dare tell me what a child would think. I never had that pleasure of childhood" he commanded back at her. It didn't matter what was going on in the background. He had no idea anything or anyone was contacted. It was just them two. "You are misunderstanding. It not a sense of justice. It's about survival. It's about having to not look over my shoulder ever again. About not ever having to go back to whence I came. Do you know what it likes fighting since 7 against adults just for the entertainment of humans who will never have to go through any type of true discrimination or turmoil a day in their lives? "

"I am not justice. I am not vengeance. I am freedom...Until others are able to be free as me...blood will continue be shed"

                                                                                  OOC:

He continued to advance towards her, ready to bring in the pain. His horns formed, and his black demon aura seemed to radiate from his readied visage. Shamilla's eyes widened as he revealed his true form. Not out of genuine fear, perse, but more due to the shock that he too was a demon faunus. Her aura seemed to flicker inwards out of pity for the young man for a second, as her face seemed to draw out a sad expression at imagining his plights as a younger version of himself. So, he was one of those faunus people abused for his demon abilities. She could tell he was an experienced fighter, too. "You're a....." Her voice trailed off as she took a good look at his vestige through the howling wind and rain. Her stance seemed to change as the personal revelations the man said seemed to reach an understanding deep in her mind. She retracted her aura for a bit, but only just to initiate a transformation. The rain stopped howling a bit as reddish sparkles of light radiated from her, eventually pulsing with the tone of her purple aura. She allowed the transformation to take its time, only because she hadn't revealed her true form in quite some time and was slightly out of practice, for she knew of the dangers that this would present, and only because she rarely trusted anyone with her real form. But even as he was reaching out and aiming to kill her, Shamilla knew it wouldn't do but to make sure she knew exactly what she was about to do, and that was to fight another of their kind.

This was how the demon faunus of her family typically fought, with complete openness to their true forms. It was part of the code of honor of the demon royalty back when her family was in control all those years ago. For although they did not honor the human sense of 'justice' they did honor how duels between themselves should transpire. Green flames ignited where her horn tips would be, eventually trailing downwards to her head and taking the typical shape of female valais sheep horns. Her fluffy tailed appeared in a burst of green energy, and for a few bare seconds her eyes turned into sheep eyes as the transformation continued to initiate and ripple across her body. She did not care if she had to fight another of their kind, but if she were to do it, she would do it in her full physical regalia. It was the least she could do when it came to honoring their kind, as she was taught so when she was but a lamb. She had not seen another of their kind for quite some time since her sister before exile, and she had clearly forgotten how their minds worked. She saw the bloody tyranny reflected in his eyes the same way it rippled across her family members all those years ago, and although it felt like a lifetime ago and she had forgotten the imagery of it, she certainly did not forget the burning intensity for their purpose.

She closed her eyes as the transformation began to wane down. When her eyes opened again they were back to their typical lime green. She had forgotten how strong she had felt being in her true physical form. She felt the power of her aura pulsate further as the transformation drew to a close. And finally she stood there infront of the guy, ready to continue where they left off. Human or faunus, it didn't matter who started it. But her life was in danger and she did not dare fall to this stranger demon. She would much rather fall in the hands of her own supposed blood rather than forsake her life here and now. But would he back off after finally knowing what she was, or would he continue to advance on his assault on her? Shamilla certainly didn't wait for a reaction and readied herself to shoot. A crystalline arrow tinged with black smoke of the curse began to form within seconds of her in battle stance. "You still have a chance to back off. Either you start the fight and get us both in trouble, or you would lower yourself and let this opportunity for revenge pass." The crystal shook under Shamilla's held position. She really didn't want to do this. She knew nothing of the guy besides his obvious thirst for blood. Shamilla thought of everyone as individuals, not as a marker for war. But if he forced her hand then she would have no choice but to conform to the incoming flow of a fight.

"Are you scared to say it? Have you heard?," he wondered before he saw something curious. She would start to transform as well. She was starting to become her true self. She was showing that she was not what he thought she was. She was not an ordinary Faunus. She was a demon faunus as well. While this shocked him, this pissed him off more because she was one of them. She SHOULD know exactly how he was feeling. Did she not have the same life as others? As him or Narx. Ora? Was her life nowhere near as difficult? Or was she just accepting it? She was just forgiving? Did she know what he knows? There was no way she did?!?! He was not going to volunteer any information though. There they were. 2 Demon faunus showing their abilities and emotional sides to the store and bystanders. They didn't know who could be by watching. What a mess. Could you imagine what someone would give knowing this information. He probably was causing more trouble for the others.

"I will not let the opportunity pass me. You may be nice enough to forgive what they done. However, all of our kind slaughter. Killed. Their lives were meant nothing to those who bought us. There is nothing worse than a traitor who goes against his or her own race. You may not be a filthy human and you may not be a human lover. However, you are someone that needs to be reminded. I won't kill you" he mentioned before drawing his blade. Serow would be unsheathed from its sheet. "I will remind you with the blade I won in the mines.... Do you know how it feels to watch your own kind die before your eyes? DO YOU!!!" He asked before charging towards Shamille.

His eyes were multi-colored, one bearing red and the other black. His movements were with the intent to damage and harm. There was no holding back. It was obvious within the thunderstorm that Rey was going to harm Shamille. He was a close-range fighter and that was the purpose of his movements. His fingers rested on the lever of Serow, preparing to load dust into the blade whenever needed. He wasn't a fool. He knew that there was something up with that floating thing she had. He didn't care. He would figure it out when the time comes. "I hope those strangers were worth it!. " He yelled out as he went for an overhead strike with his blade aiming for her neck. Spartacus was here!
                                                                                  OOC:

Shamilla dodged his first attack, his blazing form passing her in a blur, and her face forming into that of focus and no nonsense as she bolted to the nearest series of alley ways. His eyes and hands were blazing with his aura. She knew this would happen, and she began to execute her plan. She kept dodging his direct blows, running until they were mere moments from the campus. The large outline of the castle began to emerge as they made their way closer. She made the most out of the city-edge landscape and hid in spots where he would be unable to see her, and from behind dumpsters and building corners she began her guerilla assault on him. Overall, she counted she fired maybe 20 arrows his way on her way back, hitting just barely her limit. There was clearly no reasoning with him, and whoever he was, she felt bad about his teammates who had to deal with his hot-blooded squabbles. She needed help, and there was no way to stop him unless someone else intervened. She was able to keep up with his own movements toe-to-toe, but just barely. He knew he had the upper hand. Shamilla could only hope to lure him closer to where she could contact her teammates. She fired a barrage of arrows in his direction every now and then from behind, only to seemingly disappear and re-appear in other places. She wasn't even trying to kill him, but enough to slow him down so she could hide somewhere and get her scroll from her pocket. This continued for quite some time, as Shamilla continued to tread up the path to the campus all the way till they reached the entrance courtyard.

She basically jogged up those steps in full throttle. He was relentless though, and only after Shamilla leaped up, climbed a tree and jumped to the rooves of the nearest campus building did she find time to take her scroll out. He continued to blast waves after waves of steam below her, trying to slash her with his ready-loaded sword from below. But it seemed Shamille had the high-ground for the timebeing. She began to phone Jules who was, hopefully, with everyone else. From below, Rey could only scream distant and incoherent insults at her, but he didn't seem like the light and agile type. The first branch she used to get up the tree certainly was too far up for his heavy-armored self. And with Shamilla's light acrobatics, she should be able to wait long enough till he gave up, or until someone who could handle him would come. She certainly wouldn't come down until someone else happened to come in between the enraged Sheep Faunus. There wasn't much she could do at this point though, only hope he doesn't grow an extra limb and be able scale the rooftops too. Meanwhile, everyone was starting to notice her distant figure on the roof. Students began to gather and point at her, making a scene, while some of them ran back to where the nearest teachers were and told them about someone being on the rooves of the campus building. If she lived through this, she would have to go back to town and pickup those grocery supplies.

He waited too long. He could of cut her down then, but instead was too busy thinking about the feeling. His mind was back to the mines. The feeling of a blade tearing into the body of another.. The adrenaline of the fight. The woman was running but she wasn't getting far. She tried guerilla assault against Rey. Her arrows would go towards him but he would parry them each time with his blade while a few were dodged by him sidestepping. His blade making contact would eradicate the arrows, piercing through them as if they were nothing. The black aura covering his blade showing that something was there and active. It was easy to get it confused with a blast but there were no range capabilities to it. Just melee. What was she going to do though? Running back to the school? Did she think she had the advantage here? He would laugh looking at her idea. She was on the roof of the school. Did she think he couldn't get up there? His armor would easily fall to the ground. A thud would echo as the now shirtless demon would go to scare the living hell out of her.

Using his Faunus ability, he would leap 10ft into the air vertically before releasing a blast finally from serrow. Wind dust would activate within the chamber. With a crank, the wind dust would let out a mighty blast of wind that would carry him to the top of a light pole. Landing on top of it, he would use another leap in which do to his ability, he had more than enough space to land towards the top of the rooftop she was on. He would crank out another wind dust blast just to make sure he cleared it completely. While 2 of his dust powders were gone, it was time for the real fun. Coming face to face with Shamille, he laughed. She probably thought he had no way to get up there. If only she saw his fight with Ora. She would have known running away was useless.

                                                                                  "Do you wanna die tired?"

Shamilla dodged like her life depended on it. The last blast though, almost got her. She was at the edge of the rooftop, clinging to the tiles while above her the other demon faunus would taunt her with his sudden leap into the air. She was ready to leap to the trees below, catching the branches as she jumped down. And again, their play of hide-and-seek would continue. But her teammates had already been alerted, and all she could do as she fell from the rooftop onto the tree branches was hope that they could intervene in time. She was definitely pushing it though. Moving around like this was no issue, but she was at the limit with her arrows. She too was a demon but she was too inexperienced with anything he would throw at her. The blasts from his weapon though, definitely shook the campus. And soon everyone in their classes witnessed as Shamilla hopped onto a wall that bordered the campus next to the school moat. The fall from the trees was hard though and she almost injured herself. Then it was just her and the persistent bugger, who would no doubt catch up to her soon enough. She had only one choice at this point, to leap down onto the waters below or fight. She felt somewhat tired, but not enough to deter the amount of adrenaline pumping through her system.

She took out a few vials filled with dust crystals quickly and placed it in her weapon carefully, making sure that it was charged. She was ready to go down in a blaze, and infront of everyone who was either on their way to class or anyone who was alerted by the other students from the nearby area. At the back of her mind, Shamilla was a little bit occupied with the idea that her sheep self would be revealed, but that was certainly the least of her worries. At most, she would have to face the others of her kind on the campus, and that could lead to some issues later down the road. Assuming of course she lived. She was especially wondering how keen her other teammates were to see her in such a state, clinging to her last bit of energy and about to be blasted from the edge of the wall. She heard the laughs of the other faunus echo in the direction she came from, and knew that death had come for her. She wasn't ready to die yet, though. And whatever would come her way, she would face it head-on without a trace of fear in her eyes. The wind whipped all around her, threatening to blow her off before she could make her last stand. The storm from earlier had finally blown off and started to clear, and the traces of sun from the edge of grey clouds could be seen from up above.

tab Jules had been rather hard at work on a new model of his Dust-Fueled Distraction Apparatus when his scroll chimed with a new message. The young scientist's cybernetic eye glanced over to where the scroll was on the counter as he set down his welding torch. A message from Shamilla? A bit confused by this Jules removed his welding mask and picked up his scroll, reading out the message before quickly putting down his scroll and started to load some equipment into his satchel. A grappling gun, some hardstone paste, and.... he paused a moment, looking down at the half-finished DFDA as he got an idea, At this stage, the device certainly wasn't stable... and if he loaded the Fire Dust Chunk he'd been given into it, well... chances are it could be made to go critical if needed. Jules decided at that moment that it was better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. With that, the young maxim set off to go find Shamilla and help how he could.

tab Arriving in the courtyard sometime later, Jules could see why Shamilla had requested help... and he was annoyed by all the bystanders doing nothing. Shoving his way through the crowd, Jules rushed over towards where the two were fighting, coming to a stop a few feet away as his mind settled on a list of various ideas. He then called out to the Faunus attacking his friend. "I'm not quite sure why you two are fighting, but I think it's gone on for a bit too long. I'd rather you not kill my teammate, and I'm sure you'd rather not be marked as directly responsible for the death of a student of the Academy, so why don't we find a means to resolve this somewhat peacefully." He didn't want to resort to his tricks unless he needed to, but right now he had what was basically a bomb, a grappling hook with a cable that could resist even Grimm attacks, and a bunch of hardstone paste in tubes that, if necessary, he would need to throw in the way of the attacker's blades in order to obstruct them. All the while, Jules' cybernetic eye was set to Dust-Detection mode, just in case, this guy had any explosive tricks of their own.

Each time he got near, she would run. It was certainly pathetic. ¨For a demon faunus you run a lot. You never sat there and had to fight before have you? The humans did more to you than I thought. You not even worthy enough to be even called a demon faunus. Let alone a faunus. ¨ Rey commented with annoyance as he had to chase after this woman. AGAIN. He would watch as she was clinging to the edge of the wall. He was not going to question how she was accomplishing this feat. Instead, he would just watch as she struggled to not fall. ¨I must say. Even the dumb a** twins are harder than you. This is going to be no fun if you have no true ability to fight back. Those humans taught you nothing but how to die. Grim will eat you alive fighting like this. I suggest you get more training¨ He barked before hearing someone else enter into the fray. IT was distinct among the crowd and would catch Rey´s attention.

The male, seemed human and that was already a bad start to these negotiations. It got even worse with the words he was spewing. He knew nothing about him or the situation so the fact of the assumption just made it a lot more in Rey favor. HE was a demon faunus. He was a terrorist whether he liked it or not. Would he care about consequences? NO. Hew was not here to be a huntsmen. He was not here to learn. He had different ambitions. Only downside is it may create heat for the others. Too bad. ¨There is no peace without blood!!¨ Rey commented as he would use a heavy gravity dust powder on himself as he would run down towards Shamille. The gravity dust would keep him attached to the walls like Ironwood vs Watts fight. His target was clear. He did note to make sure glance at Jules make sure he tried no funny business from a distance. His contraption was a non-factor at the moment. Rey was not one that would know what that was and even if he did. He rather die.

                                                                                  OOC:
