	i have been very sick for a while and im slowly getting better now . there is a nasty virus going around here and i have been mostly resting when i can

	The holidays, winter season, and work has really been affecting my mental health in a negative way (feeling down, stressed, and anxiety). Will be spending the next few days doing selfcare, which involves taking vitamin d supplements, cooking healthier (cut back on sugar/carbs), and taking a walk outside in the sunlight for fresh air (and peacefulness).

	For the bad news, my place is going to be fumigated for roaches tomorrow. (Cold day and having to be out of the house for 5 hours) Good news is I am having a good day and I am prepared for when the fumigators get here tomorrow.

	Hello! I haven't been around in a while but I'm excited to be back! March was crazy, I moved overseas at the end of February. I also moved to a bigger apartment soon after with my husband and roomie, so I'm hoping April is more chill.
