Art Cooldown
There are two types of Art Cooldown in By Moonlight:
- Custom Cooldown - A player may not obtain a powered custom character through any means on Gaia more than once every three months.
For example: Player obtains Sailor Stella 7.6.21 and they would not be eligible to obtain Lieutenant Dannite until after 10.6.21.
Growth Cooldown - A character must be at their current stage for at least three months before they can be posted for growth to their next stage, although given the nature of the growth requirements it may take longer to power up between stages two and three.
This three months starts when the art is dropped unless the player decides to hold off on powering up for personal plot reasons, in which case the three months starts the first time the character powers up ICly to reflect their promoted status.
For example: Player obtains Sailor Stella 7.6.21 and they would not be eligible to post for Sailor Stella's growth until until after 10.6.21.
