1483 Words -- Peridot met WC - Samsonite met WC - Elpis doesn't need reqs LOL

She didn't know where she lived, but she did know another lieutenant when she sighted one. The aura, the wardrobe, the energy harvesting -- she was meeting quotas, certainly, but was she doing much else? No, and that was why one Lieutenant Peridot was more than a little agitated when she approached the red and pink agent, eyes narrowing as the other woman looked at her slowly, blinking before head tilting, then smiling.

"Hello, sugar!" The rockabilly Samsonite greeted Peridot warmly, aware of the woman bearing her embroidery hoop. In fairness, Samsonite wasn't even unarmed -- her thimble, useless as it was, was comfortably in her pockets and the woman beamed at the more formal agent warmly. At least, until she snapped at her.

"Where in hell were you when we were summoned?" Peridot snapped. Samsonite blinked, startled by the outburst as she tried to even process tyhe shouting.

"We were summoned? When?" She vaguely recalled some sort of message, but she'd been painting, and didn't really want to break herself away. Instead, she hoped everyone would be well without her. After all -- she was meeting quota and behaved properly...

"I don't care what your excuse is, before you open ip. You'd have been there, if you were at all loyal. You were needed. Peridot's grip on her hoop tightened, and the Lieutenant growled. Peridot was a calmer sort normally. A loving wife, happy small time performer -- and utterly dedicated to the Negaverse. The woman wanted to protect her family -- her husband, his adult child -- the entire concept mattered to her. She needed to afford them protection, care -- if service to the cause was the only right path? She would seize on it and run. She had worked to help Feldspar. She had fought a youma for the cause, willingly walked into the maws of death and out again, and she was proud to have done it, proud of her work. Peridot didn't seek accolade or special priveledge -- a simple 'good work' was enough from the General-Sovereigns and their queen, and Peridot wasn't going to ease up on some layabout. She knew her hoop couldn't harm the woman, but her hands could, and Peridot was prepared to kill for the cause; to break this... This worthless dead weight and be done with it. Trimming the fat would mean the Negaverse was better off, and Peridot waited for her answer, teeth bared in a mocksmile.

"I didn't want to overload things. Make them more difficult or messy than need be. Besides, the General-Sovereigns won't put anyone in a situation they can't handle! I just wasn't sure I could help!" Samsonite blinked, still smiling, but her smile faded at Peridot's face.

Peridot's exporession darkened, looking less classy and more like a demon from hell, eyes narrowing to slits as she regarded the other woman, slowly breathing once before a slow growl came from her, and Peridot shifted her weight, preparing to launch at the other Lieutenant like lightening.

"You were supposed to answer regardless you ignorant t**t! What arrogance overrides the summons of superior officers? None!" Peridot shifted, and motioned threateningly at Samsonite. "There's no use for dead weight in the Negaverse, no room for narcissistic little twats whom think themselves more important than the whole. Stupid b***h."

Peridot moved. She moved like liquid water and lightening at once. Although newer, she was fuelled by passion, and faith in her cause, a faith that burned in her as she snarled, moving for Samsonite rapidly, the latter agent sidestepping as she raised both hand. Peridot ignored it in the burning, searing heat of her rage and landed on her proverbial feet well enough to spin on her high heels and pivotp/i[ for Samsonite, hissing.

"Arrogant bastar5ds like you are what we don't need! And what were you doing? Cavorting with godsawful senshi trying to steal our planet? Shagging some supposed knight in shining armor?!" Was Peridot in a fury? Yes, and it was terrifying. Finally Peridot took an offensive stance, and prepared to launch at Samsonite.

"I'll kill you! Traitor!"

...Really? She missed one summons and now someone was trying to kill her. Samsonite was more than a little uncomfortable another agent took her actions as, well, treason. She tried to avoid treason. She was curious and friendly, yes -- but she didn't dislike the aliens. And... Really, were they aliens if the Negaverse had senshi too? This was just a single agent, right? Nobody else would mind that she opted to paint to reward herself, right? Right?...Eight?

Samsonite wasn't sure how to respond to Peridot, beyond raising her hands uncomfortably and frowning.

"Hey... Hey now. I make my quote, I don't cause trouble -- I was trying to keep out of the way is all!" Samsonite protested. This seemed to rile Peridot into lunging, the woman swinging a first to punch Samsonite and the agent grunted at the force, winching as she looked to Peridot like a kicked puppy. Peridot was unflappable, however, and swung another punch into the sweeter lieutenant violently, causing Samsonite to shriek at last, doubling over a moment before inhaling sharply and managing to uppercut Peridot to knock her away, and there was already an apparent, if minute, difference in their strengths.

Samsonite was artistic. A fan of all art types, she often carried heavy materials around, requiring a bit more upper body strength than a normal person. While it wasn't much, it was something with the way magic worked and she balled her hands into fists, huffing.

"OK, then. If you really want a fight, let's go." Samsonite challenged, but her mind was racing, falling back to her conversation with Ganymede. It felt... Strange. She recalled two basic corrupts terrorising an order Eternal; she had a calm interaction with Ganymede, more order.. Really, Order seemed quit pleasant and darling and Samsonite wanted to squish cheeks and coo, however the woman didn't feel that for the Negaverse. For one, allowing two corrupts to torment that Order woman was absolutely horrible; and now her own wanted to kill her. It hurt, really. She gave her all, and tried to be a good person, but it fgelt hard. She felt pushed to hurt and harm, to attack and strike, like anybody could be the enemy, and she hated it.

That drew a pause in her mind, then, and she blinked.

She hated the others in the Negaverse. What a terrible feeling.

Peridot launched at Samsonite and Samsonite moved, the pair beginning to trade blows as they began to duel, lashing out with fist and fury as they moved rapidly, eyes locked until Peridot bobbed, grabbing a shoe and peeling it off before aiming the pointed end for Samsonite, and the latter yelped, narrowly dodging the dangerous implement as she moved while Peridot was off balance as Peridot chased, removing her other shoe and attacking with both. For a moment, just one, breif, horrible moment, Samsonite thought Peridot might drive the heels into her to do damage, but the area was suddenly flooded in the aura of order before a senshi suddenly landed between the pair, grabbing Peridot by the wrists and twisting.

Peridot shrieked at the merciless motion of her hands. The brown haired senshi, however, didn't flinch as the lieutenant turned her rage on the Eternal, and Samsonite gasped, covering her face in shock at the woman defending her.

She recognizsed her. She knew the woman before her. Not as a civilian or friend, but the senshi she'd saved. The woman sahe'd helped.

The Etyernal, at the moment, was leaning in to Peridot, eyes flashing as she held her wrists stiffly in place, allowing the pain to sear before letting go and motioning a challenge.

"A'ight, if you want to be a little b***h, let's dance... b***h."

Elpis was durious. While she was patrolling and feeling miserable the Eternal noticed to chaos signatures and had moved to investigate. Seeing one agent attack another? That sat ill, especially since she wasn't sure but she suspected the one being attacked hjelped her once before, and even if not, this bore meddling, and Elpis had leapt to the defense. Now she stood, glowering at the taller woman with a snarl as she held her arms, as she thrust her away, and beckoned challenge.

"Fight me." Elpis demanded. Peridot hissed, swinging to uppercut before Elpis blocked, again, and again. Peridot snarled, and struck leather and lean muscle, being responded to with strikes and blows. The Eternal wasn't going to kill, but she was leaving a mark. Elpis was anghry, and she didn't like the sight of infighting, especially when one seemed unwilling, and when Peridot threw herself at Elpis to try knocking her over, Elpis raised her hands, catching her before yanking her to look the enraged aent in the eyes, a low growl forming in her voice.

"pi[Leave.
This one is mine."

Peridot thrashed a moment before Elpis threw her into the wall and turned, grabbing Samsonite's hasnd before the two began to escape into the night, Peridot slowly pulling herself free with a growl.
