Can sense the electrical fields and understand if they are being used for communications as long as there is nothing blocking them.

Name of Power: Spirit Manipulation
Element: spirit
Relation to Item: Dues ex machina

Description of Power:Can manipulate creation energies. computer code, universal code.. very similar to him. Can use the energy to create/destroy items/programs with spirit energy.
Limits:-Programs: Can only use 1 charge per battle to set up a "program" that seemingly manipulates the reality in the area to imitate that of another, one plane above another, no people. Banor looks like Morrad etc. (Dice roll which place). Loses control of program once created.
-Program: Program ends if someone moves out of range, if he is knocked out, he purposely shuts it down, or someone/s break it.
-Program: Spirit are solid within this range and may be a danger or not.
-Program: Range: City block
- Other charges can be used to create items. Max size: Car size
-Only 1 summons can be active per player per round.
-They can only be used for 1 round to attack or defend and uses up the summoner's attack or defense slot.
-They may have a unique power that is used when summoned, that ability must also have confirmation.
-Depending on the power, summons can continue to exist past the use of the power but can not be used to attack or defend
-if creates mimicry of life, it may move around but is not a soul.

Buff:
Quantum Calculations
All characters get a buff that they can use on one skill for the duration of the battle.
Buffs raise the value of an attack or defense. They do not take a attack or defense slot to activate but need to be said when they are activated on a skill.
Can only have a max of three buffs on a skill (a mixture of the buff power given to all characters plus any racials)

-Can be placed on almost any skill during battle.
-Lasts until end of battle on chosen skill
-Can not stack with another permanent buff.
-Does not take an attack or defense slot to activate
-Can not be used on someone else

Racial Powers: Levitate: Allows the Meta to fly without wings.
Limit: This is like Fly(with wings), there is no powered attack or defense with this ability.
-Intimidate: Shadows have a natural intimidating aura about them(on all the time). Other Metas are far less likely to pick a fight with them. This power is an effect, and does not get stronger or weaker with age.
A permanent feeling of dread always surround Shadow metas. Others may or may not react.
[NOTE: You cannot make another person's Meta feel this way, it's up to them to pick up on it. Some Metas just don't react to mind games.]
