So it was Seri vs Scryew. The brawler couldn't help but smirk as she knew the Namekian's abilities. She was excited, but also a little nervous. He was a previous tournament champion. She'd have to fight smart to get around his advantages. Once the two of them were in ring, Seri would rush forward and begin with her go-to, a Rebellion Spear, sending a Ki-charged punch towards her opponent.
『"I will never be forgotten! Everyone will know my name!"』
Another tournament, yet another opportunity to test his skills. This time it is against Seri of all people. She sure has changed a lot since the last tournament they were in and having the chance to face her this go-round really increased eagerness to begin. With feet planted from both competitors, Seri ignited the fight with her Rebellion Spear. A move Scryew recognizes well enough. With such a move she can keep it up for as much as she needs to, so in such, Scryew put up both his forearms while tightening its grip to halt the attack. Once connected, allowing her to be well enough within his vicinity to launch his leg from his side over to her ribcage, not only dealing some damage but to get her off her balance. Gradually just taking in the moment of the fight.

It was just like Scryew to take a hit, only to in tuen use it to better position himself to strike back. The kick came quickly, but Seri was able to roll over and send strikes of her own towards the Namekian. The both of them were skilled, and this would likely be a contest of whom could work into a better position.

His kick did not land but it still at least for the moment got Seri off of him. Though, as hot-blooded as she is, she would not let up the momentum she already had going in the fight. Her throwing strikes over at him towards him.
Scryew would respond in kind throwing strikes to connect with hers. Intercepting each blow as both competitors would clash with some and dodging the rest. The pace was upbeat and fierce while the fight pressed on.

This bout had now become a dance of supremacy as two equally matched opponents vied for supremacy. The trading of blows and dodging was as equally unmatched. Despite the slowly changing ground between the two, Seri was enjoying herself. Scryew was a previous tournament champion. For her to be able to hold her own against him was a feat within itself.

An exchange pushed him off of Seri, hopping a couple of feet back before getting back into position once again. Amazed at the growth she carried up to this point. "Seems in base we're at a standstill. I can't contain some of my excitement. As if just yesterday we were fighting Aku and now competitors..." A smile crept up on the namekian, regaining his focus and not allowing himself to drip down memory land entirely.
His eyes flickered igniting a shot of laser beams coming out of his eyes aiming directly to the feet of Seri, positioning her to a more desirable spot for him to launch an attack he came up with. Not expecting to actually hit her but if it so happens to connect, could leave the chance for her to be stunned in which he could capitalize off that as well.

"I know, I'm fired up as well!" Seri leaped over the eye beams and began to Afterimage around the arena. She needed to be able to hit with this next attack. Seri began planning her next strike, hoping to catch Scryew by surprise.

Seri definitely fell into what Scryew wanted to do, though he didn't take into account that Seri knew of the Afterimage technique. This now puts her in a position to stay mobile while forcing Scryew to constantly look out for her. There was something he thought of, and if he was correct, he had a hunch where Seri is going to end up. Charging his ki up quickly, he waited for the most opportune moment.

Seri utilized her Afterimage to appear just in front of Scryew, and lunged to grapple at his waist. This was in order to slam him to the ground and begin her ground pounding Beatdown attack before backflipping off of the Namekian, if it hit. If not, she'd be left open to a counter that she'd have to work to get out of.

With all that Afterimage being used over and over, she had appeared right in front of him going for a full-on tackle. One where if caught he would be at her mercy and she would land the first strike throughout the entire bout. Reflexively, Scryew moved his body over to dodge the tackle-like grab. If successful, it would leave her directly open for a counterattack from Scryew.
Unfortunately, he didn't move far enough to completely get out of the way with Seri managing to grab hold and take advantage. Scryew was suddenly slammed before taking the attack full-on, feeling those that connected before her retreat. He felt those punches, the passion behind them. She was not going to hold back against him, enough for Scryew to respect. Hopped back up to his feet, he cracked his neck before his eyes widened as he jumped high in the air. His silhouette infused in the sun's direction, altering her sight. With enough charge, Scryew shot a very powerful energy blast from his right palm. It was his Namekian Final Flash. Hoping to return in kind.

Scryew was trying to use the sun to his advantage, but these spectacles adorning Seri's face were for more than just show. The Namekian Final Flash coming her way was more than visible, allowing her to determine where it was going to hit. This would also allow for her to react in kind. Pulling her hands to her side, Seriyana quickly coalesced energy. "Kamehameha!" Thrusting her hands forward, a brilliant blue beam of Ki rocketed forward and collided with the beam coming her way. "Let's see what you got, Scryew!"
