N I K U M A The boy quickly rushed to the stage as his name was called, giddy with excitement. His first match of the tournament had finally come and he couldn't wait to get started. This event was full of strong competitors- even his idols were participating in it! If he could make it pass this first round, he could earn a shot at fighting one of them. "Oh man! I'm so fired up that I can't lose now! Bring it on!" Niku cheered with a large grin. Where was his opponent? It was time to get started already!
Aluin made her way to the stage, slightly annoyed that she had forgotten to bring her mask with her but not much could be done about it now. Entering a tournament like this seemed like fun which was really the only reason they had entered in the first place. Once she was on the stage, Aluin began sizing up her opponent and could easily tell that this kid had way too much energy "Guess I'm your opponent, I'm Aluin, let's just have fun yeah?" With a smile on her face she would walk up to Niku and extend her fist out towards the boy in an effort for a friendly fist bump before they started fighting though if he actually went for it, she would pull away and stick her tongue out at him as she moved back.
N I K U M A He wouldn't have to wait long, his opponent joining him on stage as the audience cheered. Nikuma wasn't expecting his opponent to be a girl, but was even more stunned that she appeared to be his age. He wondered if this was her first tournament too. "Nice to meetcha, I'm Nikuma! This is going to be so much fun! I'm hope you're ready!" he continued to grin. The boy thought nothing odd of her approaching him, extending a fist in greeting. A meeting of warriors, respectfully pay each other respects before battle. Niku happily reciprocated the act, only to have her pull away and stick her tongue out at him. "Hey! What's your deal?" the boy scoffed with a furrowed brow. Clearly she wasn't the sportsman type. In any case, the match had now begun; it was time to put his words to action. Taking a deep breath, Niku locked on to his target and lunged forward for the first strike. With his hand tightened into a fist, he reached for that ki stuff his grandfather showed him, drawing it to that hand. Coated in a thin film of energy, he would attempt to him Aluin with full force!
Aluin let out a smug smirk at the reaction she got from sticking out her tongue at the young boy, it was exactly what she was hoping for, to annoy him before their match started. Once the gong was rung, the match had officially started and the boy made the first move by lunging forward to the bluish silver haired girl, she could feel the ki that was gathering in his hand and he was quick, too quick for her to dodge so she attempted to block the strike as best she could. The strike stung and had enough force behind it to send her back near the end, not enough to send her over though and she swiftly jumped back closer to the middle of the ring. The girl's arms were stinging and she began to rub where she was hit "That's so mean! Hitting a girl with full force like that, didn't your mother ever teach you to be nice to girls?! You're such a brute!"
Of course, Aluin was only playing up the fact she was a girl in hopes to make Niku feel bad, that first hit was all it took for her to know that there was no way she was gonna beat Niku in a proper fight so she had to look for a way to ring the boy out and sneakily reached into her pocket and by channelling magical energy through her arm, creates an object in her pocket away from view, that she pulls out and throws towards Nikus face...it was none other than a pepper that she had thrown hoping to distract the boy long enough to gather ki in her own hand, a purple light emanating from it "Kamehameha!" Aluin would yell as she extends her arm out, firing off a one-handed majin kamehameha at the young boy.
N I K U M A The boy was quite proud of himself landing the first hit, but was afraid for a second. He'd nearly knocked the girl out of the ring with that attack. Sure that was the objective, though he was hoping to get to fight a little more. It was his first match after all and he wanted to enjoy it! While he was contemplating his next move and waiting for his opponent to attack, she would surprise him. What was she talking about? "What? I am being nice, I'm fighting you like I would anyone else. You are a martial artist, right?" he asked, genuinely confused by her comments. Going easy on her just cause she's a girl would be even more disrespectful. "Well anyway, I'm not gonna give you special treatment. If you don't like it you could always hit me ba-" the boy cut himself off as a projectile of some kind hit him in the face. The object in question was caught in his hand as it fell, leaving him stupefied. It was...a pepper. A whole...pepper that she pulled from who knew where and threw at him. Niku stared at the fruit for a moment before looking back up at his opponent. "...Did you just- W-Whoa!!" Suddenly, a whole Kamehameha was coming his way now! But wait, where did she learn that?! Opting to dodge this one, the redhead leaped up to avoid the beam. He would then direct himself toward Aluin with a divekick aimed at her.
Aluin sighed deeply as she watched the boy dodge her kamehameha, of course even with the pepper distraction he had enough skill to still dodge the attack. Aluin just watched as Niku aimed a dive kick at her, she couldn't get out of the way in time and so once again, she just braced herself for the impact to protect herself as best she could. The force of the hit sent the girl closer to the edge of the ring much like before however this time, Aluin would use the momentum from being kicked back to fall backwards into a roll, landing into a sitting position on the floor. Looking towards Niku, she would let out another loud sigh "I am most certainly not a martial artist, do I look like some fight driven bonehead to you? I only joined this little thing because I thought it might have been interesting but honestly, the restrictions make it rather boring." Aluin yawned before speaking once more "I mean come on, no powering up? no transforming? don't you agree that's rather dull?"
N I K U M A Scoring another hit on the girl, the boy was feeling proud of himself. This was the most fun he'd had since just getting to watch! His kicked didn't knock the girl out of bounds, though she was getting closer and closer to the edge. He thought of maybe backing off a little to allow her to gain some ground toward the center. After all, this fight was just getting started! Nikuma backed up as the girl started complaining again. "You're not a martial artist? But you know the Kamehameha?" Niku asked, tilting his head in confusion. Just who was this girl? She seemed strong, but...strange. Looking at the pepper in his hand, he just now wondered where she got it from. He dropped it on the ground before taking up a fighting stance. "Using nothing but our fists and spirit- a showcase of skill. That's way more interesting to me! Though, since you're not a martial artist, I guess you wouldn't get it" he smirked. The boy was hoping to see what else Aluin could do and waited for her to make the first move. The best way to learn about his opponent would be in the fight!
The bluish-silver haired girl could barely contain a fit of laughter at the notion that this was supposed to be a showcase of skill "Oh you can't be serious right now, you must be naive to believe this is a showcase of skill when you aren't even allowed to use your entire arsenal." she managed to get out before falling back from her sitting position into a fit of laughter on the ground. Aluin continued to laugh for the next few seconds before calming down enough to sit back up "You want a showcase of true skill? Let's fight without restrictions and just maybe you'll get what you desire, how about it?" A small smirk appeared on Aluin's face as she spoke "Unless you're too scared to actually go against somebody without these restrictions which I'm betting you are" Aluin rose herself up from her sitting position and got herself into a fighting stance and began to channel magical energy throughout her body in preparation for Aluken if he agreed "Nothing more than a scared little child too afraid to be shown what a true showcase of skill is."
N I K U M A Nimuka took a deep breath and sighed after hearing Aluin's nonsense. "You're the real dummy if you think skill and power is the same thing! A test of might would be interesting, but that's not what this is about! How stupid do you have to be to enter a fighting tournament and can't fight?!"he huffed, relaxing his stance. "Now you're crying because you can't cut it. If you aren't gonna come over here and throw hands, then take your sob story somewhere else!"
Aluin got increasingly bored as the young boy spat out how power and skill aren't the same things when that wasn't what she was even implying, calling her stupid to enter a tournament if she can't fight and then the nerve to call what she was saying crying? a sob story? "God you are SOOOOOO boring kid. Power and skill aren't the same things!" Aluin would say in a mockingly sarcastic tone "So lame, so predictable and so not what I meant. I'm bored, you're boring so I think it's time I have some proper fun." Aluin suddenly sprouted black demonic looking wings from her back and extended her hands out slightly, facing up as black spherical flames were created in her palms "Hey I just want you to know, their blood is on your hands for being such an absolute predictable bore." she said before flying high up into the air, the flames becoming larger as she got higher reaching their max diameter as soon as she stops, a wicked grin forming on the girls face right before she threw both black spherical flames towards the crowd that upon impact unleash an intense wave of heat that feels hotter than the sun itself and expands out massively into a large dome, burning anybody caught inside the attack to nothing, not even ash is left once the attack itself dies down. Once the attack has died down, Aluin is nowhere to be seen having flown off once the attack was launched.
