Background: Not much is known about Deimos. He turned up at the Sanctuary gates with a little pack of personal belongings (mostly toys, a change of clothes, and a locked journal), and a sealed note reading:
"To whom it may concern,
I am unable to care for this child. His name is Deimos and he was given an Astronomer's Toolkit.
I haven't been able to find his father.
He is in your hands now."
The note was not signed - it's unclear if the writer was one of Deimos' parents, or someone else who was taking care of him. Deimos won't, or can't, say.
Deimos seems like a fairly normal kid - like most small children he is prone to temper-tantrums, but can often be distracted from them. He's pretty mobile for his age and likes to wander, but hardly ever seems to get lost. Normally quiet, but quite the chatterbox once he gets started on something. He is especially fond of outer space.
