Unfortunately, there isn't a handy-dandy link I can just post here so hear me out:
On the main page, there's a "bulletin" list of announcements etc.
Anytime there's a little candy on one (like this:
)
That means if you click on that announcement and scroll to the bottom of the popup,
there's a pink claim button where you can get free stuff.
Usually it's chunk of gold and maybe also a penny or two of GCash.
For the Lunar New Year, there's one with a skinny little banner like this:
If you click that and then click the claim button, you get the Lucky Lunar 2021 Envelope
(it is sadly soulbound, but the items therein are not)
What you get is BOTH the human and paws items:
Moo Year, New Me
and [Animal] Moo Year, New Me 
Don't get too excited, though.
It's a tiny little hair clippy. Thassit.
