Nindo: "One foot, one day, one letter at a time." Personality: Headstrong and reckless are probably the two best words to describe Karleen. For such a young female, Karleen is pretty brave, facing situations others would naturally be scared of without working up a sweat. She believes that life is too brief to be a coward, so she isn't. Despite her reckless nature, Karleen is pretty smart, and it isn't uncommon of her to work out her strategies mid-battle, showing that her mind is fairly good at multitasking and staying on track, even in difficult situations. Karleen is also an optimist; able to keep her morals high in sad or even near-impossible situations. Karleen has known loss at a very young age, so she loves people furiously and protectively; not afraid to fight in till she can't anymore for what she cares about. She has a strong and blazing will that's relentless and never gives up, and it's usually that that fuels her fighting.
Several things have put a damper on her however in the past couple of years, including the death of her grandmother and the attempted suicide of the man she loves. Hiding under her facade of self-assurance and narcissism is a deep pool of depression that often surfaces as fatalistic and dark jokes. The past couple years have seen her facing several personal issues, including the slippery slope towards the bottle when Seiji isn't around.

Background: Karleen was born to a family of farmers who lived outside Kumogakure for varying reasons among the family members. The family lived peacefully and happily for a long time, staying to themselves and only going in to the main village in order to sell the foods they grew and made themselves. Then trouble happened, the whole family, except Karleen who was small enough to hide away from their attackers, was killed when a bandit group decided to pillage and kill everyone on the farm. After the slaughter, some ninjas were sent to investigate the lack of food from the farm the the village; thinking that the farmers were holding out on the village. What they came to find was a small and scared Karleen, dehydrated and hungry and scared, hiding in a cubbie under the house. Karleen lived the rest of her childhood inside the village, learning to eventually accept and move past her family's death.
Once she passed her academy exams and became a gennin after the wake of the attack on kumogakure, she became close with her team and even closer with her team leader Seiji. A string of missions lead them to Takumi to try an uncover why it was that Takumi was refusing to send aid to Kumogakure during a quite nasty storm. While the rest of her team went back to the village proper, Karleen was forced to stay in to Takumi for some time to tend to the dying matriarch of the family.

First Class: Bukijutsu β±β°β± Mystic Hero β The user has become adept at blending their ninjutsu and bukijutsu. The user is able to cast ninjutsu from their weapon without the use of hand signs by making any flourish or deliberate movement to cast the technique in the direciton the weapon is commanded. This requires the same amount of time as the forming of hand signs to cast ninjutsu. They are also able to Korabo 1 ninjutsu and 1 bukijutsu together with varying cool downs for a single activation. Additionally, you may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Bloodline ninja's signature move, with power and versatility similar to a technique such as Kamui. This technique must be submitted as a custom jutsu and approved. It also does not take a custom jutsu slot. In addition, you are able to use your third activation for any Bloodline Jutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. Normal/Battle Clothing: Sonyo wears normal miko clothing, which consists of: a red hakama, a white red yukata with a white furisode over it or a white kimono with separate sleeves, and zori/geta with red straps. Under each sleeve is a hidden senbon launcher, and sometimes Sonyo will travel with an ethereal blue ribbon which glimmers with Shukaku's markings when looked closely at.
Formal Clothing: A formal traditional kimono or furisode, either in white, red, blue or any mixture of the three. Hair will almost always be tied up with cosmetic chopsticks or pins, or tied back, but always out of her face. Sonyo has become quite the quiet and solemn person, withdrawing within herself. Soft spoken and careful with her words, the change of her personality would be stark to anyone who knew the spark of light before, especially those close to her. Sonyo has grown up, from the bright eyed gennin she once was. She now believes that she is responsible for holding the balance of life, and takes that belief very seriously above all other things.
Sonyo, though she has gained significant footholds on her mental instability due to the help of Masahiro and Kagerou, still suffers with many issues. Anxiety, depression, psychosis; these are just a few of those things, and each are aggravated by extreme stress and turmoil.. which is basically Sonyo's whole life.
Sonyo has shown the capability to be selfish and cowardly; having been hurt so many times in the past, the woman has a bad habit of turning tail and running away when it's obvious she could get hurt. She has abandonment issues, and survivors guilt.

Biography:
For most of Sonyo's young childhood ( from birth to age 8 ), she lived in the frozen world of Yukigakure; a frozen wasteland of a place. Born in to a family full of strict people, Sonyo was trained from a very young age the beauties of dance and fan usage; along with other things a woman should know how to do such a sewing and textile work. She was raised as a noble in a peasant's life, leading to a lot of conflict as to what she should be like, as she didn't like the strict ruling of her parents. The young female then, at the age of eight, immigrated with her parents to Otogakure; a land much much different than what she was used to. Snow banks and ice were replaced with swamps and mud, and it took her a long time to get used to the vastly contrasting surroundings. Of course, Sonyo entered the academy as soon as her parents arrived in the new village, as that was the reason they had moved in the first place; so that she could "become a strong and respectable ninja" instead of the failure her parents saw her as.
Sonyo did much better at fighting than at the smaller tasks her parents had her work on since she could remember; she was better at molding ice than she was at sewing clothes, and she was better at kicking than she ever was at dancing. Of course, however, her parents continued to push on her the small tasks she had been doing previously. The young child began becoming over stressed and started to become bitter towards her parents and the world she lived in. However, when Sonyo turned 13, she met a girl who soon became one of her closest friends. The girl's name was Kinu, and she was the only person Sonyo knew to date that had the braveness to push through the blizzard that surrounded her heart. Kinu taught Sonyo patience and kindness; she taught Sonyo how to deal with anger and frustration and pain. However, later on that year, Kinu disappeared suddenly. She was never found, nor did there seem to be any rush to find the girl. It took a lot of strength, but Sonyo let it go, knowing full well that's what Kinu would have wanted her to do.
A few years later, Sonyo graduated from the academy and became an official ninja of the hidden sound village. She vowed to herself that she would work her hardest, for both her parents, and her best friend who couldn't work beside her.

Sonyo trained hard in preperation for her first real mission that would be given to her. She was instructed by Sgt. Justice Skelly to find the Village's Master Seamstress, who had gone missing. Early on, Sonyo was crippled by the idea that she might be too late and the female might already be dead. The female shinobi followed the trail given in the ransom note, only to happen upon the old abandoned building in the village; the only of its kind. It was here that Sonyo found not only a breathing Lady Yura, but also an operation going on under the village, invisible to those who never happened under the city. Sonyo knew her life would never be the same knowing this; her innocence to the village's inter-workings and what was going on was now shattered.. and she had a piece of knowledge that could get her killed.
After that things only got worse for Sonyo, she had a hard time going out when suspicions began to rise about what she did that day. Someone saw her, that's for sure. Soon UHV soldiers began pestering her, asking her questions. She was absolutely terrified that she would die... so she did the only thing she could do. She got her parents out of the city and then left on foot a few weeks later, alongside her best friend Elizabeth. The two parted ways at the suna gates after having a brief confrontation with a Village ANBU. Sonyo was left to live in the village alone while Elizabeth became a rogue. The trip to Sunagakure was relatively easy, that is in till they actually arrived at the village. Masahiro Hatake saw Elizabeth in the distance, taking measures to protect Sonyo should she be attacked, and it backfired. Assuming that the two were somehow connected to the UHV, Masahiro took defensive actions only to find out that one of the young females was seeking asylum while the other was only worried about her friend. After Masahiro promised to take Sonyo to the Kazekage, Elizabeth set off to begin her life as a rouge.
Sonyo then met Ayame, who appointed Nariomi Kaguya as her guide and mentor in till her probationary period was finished. Nari carefully guided and helped Sonyo to adjust to life in Sunagakure, even going so far as to allow the female to stay with him in his home as she was homeless upon arriving. The two spent time together and the young female couldn't stop from falling in love with him. However, after shortly confessing their feelings for eachother, Nari disappeared as he was sent of to some outerlying land for a mission. To try her best to keep her mind off the disappearance of the person she loved, Sonyo filled her days with missions and training. During this training, Sonyo met many more people, including her new sensei Theodin and the Community-Minded Woman, Bastet. After a mission to Takumi to get supplies for the mysterious woman's workshop, Sonyo became an apprentice under the woman for various artist pursuits. It was soon after this that Nari finally returned, and Soyno felt herself finally be at peace.
That peace did not last long, as the seven-tailed beast Chomei was released upon Sunagakure. Sonyo and Nari split away from Bast to go and try to save as many people as possible. However, they were only able to evacuate the residential district before Sonyo was stabbed in the back by a young girl who she was treating. Upon hearing her injured scream, Nari too stopped evacuating citizens to rush Sonyo to the hospital. Here she was treated by another one of the Medical Shinobi of the village, Doc Nara. Despite his best efforts, Sonyo fell prey to the poison that had coated the knife that stabbed her and exploded in to a rampage. She not only destroyed a good part of the bunker but also injured a few people who were currently in the hospital before the doctors could evacuate. After a brief fight with Doc and a new arrival Manny Hyuuga, a woman by the name of Kaori stopped the attack and finally broke the trance that Sonyo had found herself in. The young female didn't take her actions well, and fell in to a small pit of depression and disappointment.
Due to the mass of death to the village, the Kazekage threw a party meant for everyone. There was an announcement: relaxation and jolly-making were mandatory. Several of the villagers became drunk out of their mind, and fun was had all around. It was durring this party that Nari proposed to Sonyo, and she said yes. After all she had done for the village during the Choumei attack and everything she did for the village afterwards, Sonyo was also granted her Chuunin rank and thus the young woman left the village for the first time in search for her parents.

Sonyo traveled for several days alone, making her way through unknown territory, chasing the trail of her parents. Wherever she went, she helped the people she came across no matter what that meant. She healed the injured and the sick, she got rid of small issues and gave guidance to the people who needed it. Traveling became lonely, scary, and most of all bittersweet; she missed her home and her family in Sunagakure, and the more time she spent away from them the more it hurt her. Eventually Sonyo made it to the small fishing village in Amegakure where her parents had settled down, only to find it obliterated. Death was everywhere, and the villagers that had survived were in mourning. No houses stood, farmlands were burnt to the ground, and mass graveyards were everywhere. Panic rose further in Sonyo as she was unable to find her parents, and eventually her worst fears were confirmed. At the edge of the last graveyard sat a dual grave for her parents.
The chuunin felt rage like she had never felt before, a need for vengeance pumping through her veins. It clawed and ripped her up inside like a caged beast, and right when she was about to give in to it all she remembered home. She remembered her fiance and her kage and what they would think of her if they had heard what she wanted to do. And so, with a heavy heart and uncertainties bouncing around in her head, Sonyo made her way back to Sunagakure. She didn't sleep, she didn't stop; she feared if she strayed off the path leading to home she'd do something she'd regret. She made it back home in record time, only to find that her home had all but been ruined by the attack by Chomei even though the battle was long past. Several of her friends and mentors were gone, and Sonyo found herself deep in a pit of depression, still searching for answers.
Sonyo spent some time in a limbo-like state, not making bonds with other people, getting and dropping several students, and generally trying to find herself. She was angry at her weakness, at her inability to save anyone she loved. Eventually a tournament for the gennin in village was held, something for them to do for fun and also a way for them to gain experience. It was durring this time that James returned, relieving some of the burden off of Sonyo. It was durring this Tournament that Sonyo met a little boy named Taylor, and began to bond with the kid. She felt a strong instinct to protect the little kid, and it didn't waver even when Knives walked out in to the field during the final fight and exploded-- releasing the bijuu within him, Shukaku. The fight that ensued was quick, and no lives were lost, but the beast was sealed in Sonyo. Taka, the hokage, who had arrived to give aid to Suna during the fight, married Sonyo and Nari though a handfast like ritual before vowing to keep Sonyo sane and safe. During the fight, Sonyo had met a young Uchiha Jashinist named Kya who she found herself taking an instant interest in. The Konoha shinobi left, and Sonyo was left with worries about what would come.

Soon after Sungakure was scattered, Sonyo went MIA, mostly morning the loss of her husband. She did not contact anyone about her whereabouts, not even her kage, and took some time to collect herself and get more comfortable with the ichibi, Shukaku. She left her adopted son Taylor, who was on his way to the new Land of Lightning, despite the child's protests. After a time of wandering, helping when and where she could, she heard of where her dear friend Kya had ended up, and decided it was time to go back to the world of the shinobi. She made her way to the gates of Uzshio, brandishing an old letter from Sanae, hoping it would get her in to the village

Sonyo was let in to Uzu by her old friend Kya and given a place to rest her weary body. She awoke and talked to her friend for some time before an explosion shook through the village and Sonyo dashed off to offer assistance. Ariving at the Uzukage's office, she saw that the entire building had been blown to bits. She offered as much field triage help as she could manage before making her way to the hospital where she treated an injured Karuto and caught up with several other refugees from Sunagakure; Saito, Sadayo, and Masato. Feeling awkward around the people she hadn't seen in so long, she left the hospital and village for some time. Sonyo took some time off to relax, and in doing so rediscovered her son Taylor. They had a heart-jerking reunion only for the young boy to lose control of his cursemark. Unwillingly, the jinchuriki sedated her own son and brought him to the hospital. Lost, feeling unwelcome and in pain, she left Uzushiogakure once again to clear her head and do what she did best; heal people.
When she finally returned to the village, she found it once again in the throws of war. Her late husband's pupil had done something incredibly stupid and joined up with the enemy, and when she met with him again she could barely hold back the anger she felt well inside her. Luckily, the group Kogarashi showed it's true colors and Masato was brought back to the side of good after their leader Kagami attacked an academy full of children. Sonyo spent a good deal of the battle on the sidelines helping keep the young ones safe, but then Sadayu appeared. Sensing chomei and it's predictament inside the man, and with a little help from a mysterious man, Sonyo lost herself to her depression and had a mental breakdown and nearly lost control of her bijuu. Thanks to previous efforts of Bastet Miyamoto and her late husband, Nari appeared to her inside her mental plane and brought her back just in time for her to save hundreds of lifes from the last minute tsunami that Kagami had unleashed with the help of Lahlil.
Her efforts were in vein, and Uzu was destroyed due to a domino-like series of events that lead to the caldera underneath the village exploding violently. With her and several other people's help, she managed to evacuate a good deal of people from the village to the land of fire, but many were still lost. Sonyo tried her best to set up shop in Uzu to help, only to be distracted by a man falling off a waterfall to save a child-- this was her introduction to Lohner. After helping save him and the child, Lohner found his way in to Sonyo's mental plane. The calmness he exerted, and the acceptance he showed her, softened her mental walls. Their conversation was cut short by his sister, and Sonyo was forcefully summoned to Arashigakure by her friend Kagerou.

Arriving in Arashi, Sonyo help a short conversation with her friend about her current state and what she could do to help. The conversation with Kagerou was short and quick, and had an unexpected guest; Belamos Karna. Kagerou basically told Sonyo to take it easy, then left. With her absence, Sonyo had a conversation and instant connection with Utu's son. And some time later in the coming couple of days the two went on a nice night on the town date. They managed to stay up all night, and then when the sun rose Kogarashi attacked. While Belamos went to fight on the front lines against Sandayu, Sonyo took a step back and offered support and medical help. She spent the entire battle draining herself in an attempt to heal all the wounded on both sides; she didn't want unnecessary life lost on either side.
When the battle was won due to Belamos landing the killing blow on Sandayu, Sonyo collapsed out of exhaustion due to barely escaping a deathblow herself. She had gone many days without sleep, but due to Kagerou's help and insistance, she fell in to a week long coma to recuperate. Once she woke up, she found Lohner by her side having watched over her for most of her sleep. In no amount of time, something went wrong with the nature chakra in him and Lohner transformed in to a tree, causing Sonyo to break down.

Sonyo immediately spent whatever time she could helping Kagerou with wahtever she could, that was in till the two came up with an idea that could have prevented all the issues they were facing before they happened. Thus, OASIS began as a small free care clinic run by Sonyo herself on whatever inheritance Nari had left her. During this time, she moved in with Belamos and his family as their relationship grew while juggling her own small practice in his blooming town of Estia and the rapidly growing business that was OASIS. During this time, she managed to get a decent grip on her depression and psychosis due to Kagerou's efforts and the reappearance of an old friend at the kage summit: Masahiro Hatake, who had traveled back east from his adventure.
Kagerou was named chief of surgery in Arashi and was forced to back away from her part in OASIS, leaving Sonyo largely to take care of the organization on her own.

- Shukaku will protect the host with Shield of Sand no matter the host's desire. Sand will collect around and follow the host, able to be kept in a gourd or not, and also as strong and fast as a D ranked techniqueat this stage, passively. Considered a spiritual defense. Increases by one rank per mastery stage added up to, but has a cooldown of two posts per defense applied. Cost subtracted from Shukakku's chakra pool.
Chakra Pool: 3095 Stamina Pool: 1630 Chakra Element: Suiton, Fuuton, Katon, Hyouton, Shakuton, Suna/Subaku Chakra Color: Fades between a mixture of cool colors, to a mixture of warm colors, and then back Chakra Materialization: When sonyo is relaxed and normal her chakra takes the form of an aurora borealis dancing around her, in which snowflakes freely fall in a slow lazy descent downwards. When in depressive bouts, her chakra freezes solid, becoming a mass of icy fractals all around her. Looking inside, a person can almost swear they see glowing eyes somewhere in the background. When the Shakuton nature takes dominance, this chakra nature sets alight like burning crystals.
First Class: Medical
Maladies Physician β Shinobi of this discipline are experts in iryojutsu and are especially well-versed in afflictions. Their medical techniques cure all symptoms of status effects applied to the user, rather than where most of the techniques cure them one at a time. In addition, medical techniques which inflict a status may inflict three different applications of the status, rather than just one. The user's crafted poisons also carry this property. The shinobi also obtains 5 custom techniques for medical ninjutsu as well as a Medical Ninjutsu Keystone technique. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information.

Combat Medic β Shinobi of this discipline gain the ability to pay for their simple taijutsu as complex. This does not alter its strength in collisions in any way from a standard simple technique. The user's body is more attuned to adrenaline, which allows them to receive a benefit from their techniques which use them every other post versus every three post. In addition, the user gains a 1 point increase in a chosen stat per body rank but must utilize all increases in the same stat. The user's body is treated with the durability of medium armor without any drawbacks. Furthermore the medical learning reductions gained from this class also count towards taijutsu learning reductions. The shinobi gains three tai slots, one at D rank, one at C rank, and then one at A-ranked. Finally, the user is able to augment their Genesis Rebirth Technique. Not only does this discipline allow the user to utilize the technique twice, but each time the user is restored of 250 chakra. The user also deals with trauma they receive at one rank less than other ninja.
Cross Class or Specialization: Medical β Bloodline: The user is able to combine their medical techniques and bloodline techniques for a single activation, paying only the total resource cost. Doing so allows the harming elements of the technique to impact foes while the healing aspects are able to heal allies in it's area of effect simultaneously. Once every three posts, the user may use this effect with offensive medical ninjutsu.

Ability Summary: β’ In the hilt there hides a cartridge to hold poisons that, when activated, flows down a nich in the blade. This carteridge can only hold 3 doses of any poison/infectious material at once. β’ When chakra is channeled in to the blade, a raven feathered cape appears on Sonyo's shoulders and blood red tear streak like marks appear on her cheeks. This mode is called "Visage of Death", and and costs Sonyo 25 chakra per post to upkeep. While this mode is active, Sonyo's speed and reflexes are improved by 2, as long as the blade is in her hand. If Sonyo looses a grip on the blade, this mode disappears, and her speed and reflexes are decreased by 1 if the blade is forcefully removed.

Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Doraihyoton [ Dry Ice Release ] Rank: B for learning reasons [ X-rank after learning ] Type: Supplemental Ninjutsu/ Bloodline Element: Hyoton ( Acts like Null ) Description:Relocating to a desert makes one rethink their options when it comes to forming ice, and that's the main reasoning behind this technique. Using her hyouton chakra, Sonyo forms ice out of gas instead of water, creating solid Carbon Dioxide or Dry Ice. The jutsu works on a chakra pool, turning any hyouton techinque used while the pool is active in to Dry ice in stead of Water ice. How big this pool is depends on how much chakra the user puts in to the technique; ei, if someone were to put a B-rank's worth of chakra in to the technique it would create a Doraihyouton pool of 40 chakra, and this applies to every rank amount. Pools cannot stack, and once the current pool has run out, the user must wait [2] posts to create another. The main differences between Dry Ice and Water Ice come in pros and cons: the pros are that carbon dioxide sublimates at β109.3 Β°F making dry ice much colder than water ice ( applying 2 doses of frostbite hazard per rank ), dry ice sublimes in to carbon dioxide instead of water leaving various effects ( 1 dose of CO2 per rank), and it is more readily available to make than Water Ice. Cons come in the form that, having a lower freezing point, Dry Ice is weaker to fire ( katon jutsu one rank below and higher can destroy it ) and also that dry ice is structurally more fragile-- as one can break dry ice with their bare hands ( taijutsu two ranks below and above can break it ). Also in that the user must be careful not to kill themselves with the subliming carbon dioxide in enclosed spaces without much ventilation.
Technique Name: Hyouton: Frozen Wasteland Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu/ Bloodline Element: Hyouton ( Ice ) Description:After making a series of hand seals, the user will begin to pull the moisture from the air and freeze it; said ice will cover everything in a circular range. This is plates everything in the surrounding area in an inch thick layer of ice. The user cannot break the hand seal in till the ice formation is finished, thus the advance of the ice will halt. Not having been made of Hyouton ice, the ice can be broken by techniques of the same rank. Range: B- 36 yrds ( About 1/3 of a football field )
Technique Name: Exploding Frozen Suns Rank: A-rank Type: Bloodline/ Ninjutsu Element: Hyouton / Fuuton Description:Upon studying the workings of Fubuki's Ice Bombs, Sonyo came upon a different idea. Upon finishing a string of handseals, a hallow ball of ice forms with a shell about two inches thick with a diameter of a foot and a half. Inside this ball is compressed air, enough to bring the shell of ice just before the breaking point. This makes the balls of ice very sensitive, and even the lightest touch causes them to explode in to millions of shards of super sharp Hyouton ice that fly 50 feet in every direction. The lethal range of this bomb is anywhere in till the 20 foot distance, severe injury occurs in till 40 feet away from the initial explosion, and acute injury anywhere from there till the end of the effective range of the explosion. Any physical contact with this bomb, including with ninjutsu, will set it off.
Technique Name: Oxygen Mask Rank: C-rank ( E-rank upkeep per post ) Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Fuuton Description:The user covers the mouth and nose of the target in a thin layer of chakra. This layer of chakra creates a selectively semipermeable membrane that lets only oxygen in and letting all exhalation waste out. This has many positive benefits like helping those with troubles getting enough oxygen in to their system. It also filters the air breathed in by the person effected; filtering out any toxins, spores, viruses, and other unwanted particles like sand, dust, and ash out of the air before entering the lungs. This jutsu has the appearance of a bubble like film covering the mouth and nose.
Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Neural Disruption Rank: B-rank Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Description:Coating the hands in chakra, the user stabs at the opponent. This jab sends a surge of chakra through the nerves and muscles of the body, scattering signals from the brain to the muscles. The body begins to work in reverse; actions are inverted and the brain starts to get confused. Someone goes to move right and they move left, someone means to jump and they duck. This effect lasts for [3] posts and gives the user time to either attack, run away, or come up with a plan. Though it is possible to begin to work against the jutsu, it is impossible to do so when dealing with reflexes such as grabbing for something when you're falling or flinching away from heat.
Character: Sonyo Rue Technique Name: Medical Stasis Rank: S-rank [ C-rank upkeep ] Type: Bloodline / Eiseijutsu Element: Hyouton Description:Sonyo makes and holds a singular handseal with one hand, then touches someone with another. Spreading from the point of contact, the body's temperature rapidly decreases in a matter of seconds causing a comatose like state. The heart slows, the blood congeals, and most if not all of the impulses to the brain are stopped; this causes the effects of removing the sensation of pain, stopping the movement of poisons/venoms/toxins through the system, and slowing if not completely halting the bleeding response. Once the body has completely frozen in to a death-like state, the user has one post to complete their surgery or operation without the penalty of an upkeep, but is able to take their hands off the patient for that post. This jutsu was created by Sonyo in order to raise survival rates for Field Triage, and requires constant surveillance in order to keep the subject alive, and therefor cannot be used by anyone other than an experienced medical shinobi. The user must be in direct contact every post in some way in order to pay the upkeep and keep the flow of chakra to the afflicted. Due to the combination of Eiseijutsu chakra, this technique does not accrue frostbite stacks.

Character: Karleen Ouvere Technique Name: Magnetic Exultation Rank: X Type: Bloodline Keystone Element: Jinton Description:Karleen always has had an affinity for Jinton's magnetic abilities. Channeling her chakra to turn the area around her in to a magnetic field, Karleen becomes the living breathing patron of Jinton. The effects of this magnetic field vary widely depending on how much chakra is pumped in to the jutsu; at lower levels it only serves to stop incoming metal projectiles, but at higher levels it can stop all metal from entering the field, shred any metal that tries to enter, and allow her to levitate. Lower ranks of this technique only last for a post or so, but the higher ranks last for longer. When metal sand is in the field, it gravitates to Karleen's back, creating the appearance of wings which color varies widely depending on the metal in the field.
E-rank: Stops five small projectiles. Lasts [1] post, spans two feet in all directions around the user.
D-rank: Stops ten small projectiles, five medium projectiles, or one large projectile. D-rank strikes with metal weapons or armor cannot penetrate the field. Lasts [2] posts and can be extended for [1] more post for an E-rank upkeep, spans five feet in all directions around the user.
C-rank: Stops twenty small projectiles, ten medium projectiles, or five large projectiles.
