Some people say that: As a brief over-view, Asteria is a shy, yet curious little earth enchanter. While normal social interactions with people leave her to be slightly anxious, she still craves to be near people regardless. I guess one would also call her a bit of a people-pleaser mixed with a peace-keeper. She doesn't handle hostility or conflict well, so she'd basically do anything she could to diffuse those kinds of situations. When warmed up to people, Asteria can be surprisingly spunky and fiery -- for a millisecond before she gets embarrassed and retreats back into her shy and bashful shell. She's very much a kind nurturer and likes to take care of anyone she calls friends or family. .

Well my story is(Bio): Asteria was born in a small and almost tribal-like village. The village was located deep into an almost impenetrable forest, which kept them mostly isolated from the outside world. Being mostly a group of hunter-gatherers, her people kept to themselves most of the time. While the world around them had advanced as time went by, her people stayed the same for centuries. Keeping the same ancient language, magick and medicine. Asteria was born to the chief of the village, with her mother passing due to birth complications. She also had an older brother named, Astor, who was next in line to be the new chief. With her mother gone, though, it was Asteria's duty to fill her role of being the village head healer. Her childhood was mostly filled with memories of learning the ancient magick, concocting different medicines, as well has a vast education in botany. The only problem that was delaying her from being the Healer was simply her own ailment -- Narcolepsy. Multiple times a day, the little one would fall fast asleep with almost no warning. It was at first brushed off has her being exhausted from learning so much. But the more frequent her sleeping spells became, the more it was apparent that it was much more than just a simple nap. Ancient medicine proved to be useless against her condition, but a young Asteria never let it get her down.

Around the age of 18, Asteria was nearly weeks away from completely her training. Her and her family were getting excited for the day she would take on the title as Head Healer when their small village was ambushed a group of bandits that were hired from a different kingdom. The kingdom was expanding and in order to take land for their growing population, they planned to wipe out their people in order to take their village for themselves. With the only protection to the village being a small handful of the hunters, nearly all of them were wiped out -- including Aster. Without wanting to lose another child, the village chief, ordered his golem to take Asteria and get away from the area as far as he could.

Fast-forwarding a few years later, after traveling around, Asteria finally decided to just settle down in this city and got hired on as the Librarian Assistant. It was the only job that didn't seem to have an issue with her narcolepsy. It was also a plus that she got work in the library since she could learn as much as she wanted. However, Asteria does hope to go back to her village and try to find any of the survivors and hopefully her father... That is, if Tellus allows her.
