A lovely sky blue color, this quadruped has fluffy white cloud like fur swirling around its torso and head between its ears. Blue and white opaque ribbons swirl around the feet and behind this evolution, seeming as if streaming an altostratus cloud behind it.

The shiny is a darker blue, as if an overcast sky. The cloud like fur is dark and menacing and streaked with lightning bolts. This is very reminiscent of the Thunder Storms they are known to chase. The ribbon of cloud is darker, blues and purples.

Habitat:

Alteon live in the skies, roaming from place to place. They laze about in the clouds and float along at whatever speed the wind is taking them. The scent of a storm gives them excitement however and they can often be found buzzing with excitement around an area that is about to see a storm.

Behavior:

Tricksters, Alteon love to play pranks on each other and others they may find on their clouds. Not very afraid of humans, Alteon seem very trusting. They live for excitement for the thrill of thunder clouds, and buzz with excitement for it. Otherwise, this pokemon is very lazy and would rather spend its time sitting in the clouds.

Diet:

Alteon are an omnivorous species. Specifically birds and bugs. But they will drift through trees for berries when they see them.

During the rainy season, when the clouds grow fierce and the thunder rolls, the excitement buzzes through the air as the electricity sizzles. The thrill of the dance sways those of age for the breeding rite of passage. An Alteon enters the thunder cloud, dancing with the electric current. Once it comes across another Alteon of the opposite gender, a duel commences. If the opposite Alteon is impressed with the dance, then the two are bonded for this breeding season. The two retire to a cliffside and make their nest. Once the eggs are laid, the male will take to the skies again. The female stays to take care of the eggs. Once hatched, the mother will stay for up to 2 weeks, until they should be sufficiently able to take care of themselves, before also taking off. If the Eevee are brave, they may try to follow their mother... Leaping off the cliff into the clouds.

Evolution:

Level up while holding an Air Balloon. It is also known for Eevees to evolve by jumping off a cliff into a stormy cloud.
