Several seasonal themed shops have already recieved raving reviews, and among them is a small cafe. Outside it looks like a cute vintage cafe, but inside, the shop has been decorated so convincingly that you feel like you've just stepped into a snowy northern forest. They have an array of delicious, cold drinks, and the trip would be worthwhile for that alone--except, shortly after the first sip, anyone who has ingested the drink will find that they sneeze a flurry of tiny snowflakes. The more drinks consumed, the longer you will find you are sneezing little snowflakes. It feels like there is a tickle up your nose for an hour or longer, depending on player choice; drinking more can also lead to longer effects. There are no negative impacts--just the need to sneeze often, and a little burst of cold snowflakes along with each one. Surprisingly, the shop still doesn't have any bad reviews.
This had benefited her in more ways than one as well. Given that there were so many people around it was difficult to see her peculiar wraith as it swept back and forth through the darkness. The constant movement of people and the flickers of light as a result, ensured that very few would ever catch a true glimpse of the shadow that had the capacity to move. More importantly, she had worked hard with this one to ensure that her harvesting techniques were less 'painful' on others. Granted she had never sought to knock out or kill people to begin with, but the fact that she could dip and run certainly made her life easier and quietened her conscience.
The only thing she needed to be mindful of was when she wished to step into an area with fewer people and more lights.
...Like a little cafe for example.
Her wraith was swept up into her compact after a moment of consideration, her gaze firmly placed on the little sign above her head before she settled for walking inside. She had heard about the place and she'd been meaning to visit. Now seemed like an appropriate time and the cafe wouldn't be open all night like other places might be, so why waste the opportunity? That in mind she pushed the door and slipped inside, affording herself a moment to murmur in appreciation at the interior. Someone knew how to make a design work, that was for sure! Nevertheless she could enjoy this in much greater detail later, she'd get her drink first and then take the rest in, otherwise she'd just end up stood in the doorway for much too long!

Paracelsian had made the odd choice to attend a certain cafe while powered up. He had his reasons today, but all the same, he was really just looking to find a drink for an upcoming special occasion of sorts. However, the feeling of an unusual Chaos aura behind him put a pause to his semi-vacant staring at the menu. He turned around to face the Dark Mirror Senshi who had entered, stared at her for a moment as a subtle (?) cue that she had his attention, and then nodded in acknowledgment. He had actually had rather little contact with the Negaverse's uneasy allies, so this seemed like a good opportunity to learn about them. He did eventually turn back around to look at the drink menu and mull over what he wanted to get for him and his guest, but the strange aura felt like it was rubbing on his senses the whole time.

Oh no, had someone really already taken her spot? It wasn't even a signal that she'd had many encounters with either. She'd certainly seen how some of them acted though and while she hadn't been hurt by them that didn't mean she wasn't aware of the overarching truth that they would do whatever they wanted. Given that one was already in here that technically meant that it was highly likely he may have already taken what she needed.
...Alas, better to check either way.
That, and if she turned around now she'd miss out on any of the potential drinks that took her interest. Thus the one soon slipped inside and it wasn't long before Paracelsian himself made it abundantly clear that he knew she was here too. Subtle as his greeting had been, he had noticed her immediately and well, she could do little more than return the nod with a smile of her own.
Was it better to be subtle at these times or not?
Not subtle, not when their was 'familiarity' regardless of how little others might understand of it. Wither that in mind she picked up a menu from a nearby table and moved towards him, tapping it gently as an excuse to bring up a conversation. She knew how to make herself look normal and she knew how these social encounters were supposed to look, particularly when she had intended to sit down herself!
"Anything good so far or are you in here for the first time too?" she asked. "I haven't had any suggestions yet."

Paracelsian smiled just a little under his scarf. The senshi was playing it cool, so he would too. "This is my first time here too. I wonder if this place is new, or simply seasonal." Either one would be important to note, in case he wanted to make a return visit for any reason. His gaze drifted back to the menu board. "I'm looking for a drink for myself and... someone I'm meeting with. I'm thinking of an iced coffee for myself and maybe a minty drink for him." He did spare the Dark Mirror senshi a glance to fling out a random guess as to what she might like. "I wonder about the fruit smoothies, though. Do I see pomegranate up there?" So very tempting.

"I am fairly certain it's permanent but the decor is definitely seasonal," she pursed her lips in thought. She'd known about the coffee shops and juice bars around here, in fact she tended to go to them on her lunches, but when it came to seasonal periods and their decorations it was safe to say that with some that she wasn't intimately familiar...she forgot what they even looked like during a 'normal' time of the year.
"Although they must really love Christmas as I don't recall anything for other times of year," she smiled wryly and peered down briefly at the menu in her hand. She hadn't given it much thought until now but the freshly squeezed fruit juices sounded much more tempting now that he'd put it into her head.
"Hopefully a pleasant meeting rather than one of those awkward blind dates or job interviews where you either have nothing in common or the atmosphere really isn't appropriate to the business being discussed," she added.
"Oooh Strawberry and bananas," she cooed.
...Alright, so she was back on the smoothies.
She probably would have stayed there too if she hadn't seen the non-alcoholic cocktails further down the list.
"Oh no I think I might be here for a while," she murmured, not necessarily to him but he was within earshot of it!
