XXXXXWhen he finally arrived on Poni Island, Drake felt that something was of, as he was being watched by someone in the distance. He had come here hearing about the grand trial, and the rumor of a powerful dragon Pokemon is the protector of the island, and seen as the strongest Pokemon in the region. The boy was then guided to the mountains, where it seemed the Pokemon themselves were testing him as he went long the trail. He was more surprised to see that there were quite a lot of other dragon Pokemon that lived in the caves, and all were strong fighters. There were also other trainers Drake had to do battle with, but the seemed to believe that he was here to preform the trail. He had seen younger trainers have a odd pendent with them, trying to complete the island trails but was this dragon Pokemon really the reason why it was here. The boy would find his answer at the final cave which opened into a large ravine with a structure in the center. Before he could approach it, more dragon Pokemon appeared to fight him, but they were ones that he had never seen before. They were tough but Drake was able to get to the center of the room, but before he could do anything else he heard a loud roar.
He looked up just in time to see a giant dragon Pokemon jump from up top and land right in front of him, want to do battle. The boy would not back down as he pulled out the Poke Ball of his trusted partner Hiryu and threw it forward to take up the challenge. In a flash, the Charizard let out a roar which was matched only by the armor clad dragon, and with it, the battle would begin against the two. Drake would call out attacks for his partner, but as they were in a ravine, he would also have to dodge the attacks so that he didn't perish from the destruction. He then noticed that the Pokemon seemed to be taking damage from flying type moves and changed his strategy to focus on this possible weakness. The battle took two hours, but after a long battle, they had finally claimed victory against the powerful dragon Pokemon, and given the chance to claim what was in the pedestal. However, before he did, he would heal up not just his Charizard, but the large Pokemon that they had been battling. The Kommo-o was surprised but was grateful for healing them and lead Drake and Hiryu to the center of the path to claim there prize, but it was something more amazing. Instead of the normal dragon Z move crystal, a Jangmo-o walked up to them and gave them the one that for the Pokemon they had fought and had the little one wanting to join their team.
