Prompt 5: Though Destiny City is a busy metropolis, dense forests encircle the city. It's uncommon for wildlife to wander into the city--especially larger creatures--but something is making its mark on Destiny City. Large footprints, humanlike but far too large to belong to any ordinary human, are appearing around Destiny City. They always lead to the woods, and back again--and the strange part is that no one seems to be able to see what has caused them. Cameras distort, and anyone who thinks they've come into contact with the creature can only make out a thick, white fur and something easily nine feet tall. Oddly enough, any surface near the tracks are covered in a sheet of ice, as though whatever passed close to them was so cold it left a frosty trail.Etamin was out patrolling when he found some of the tracks. He was investigating and taking notes, when he noticed an Aura. He had felt many Auras in his time. Senshi, Knigghts of Order. Negaverse Agents, DMS of Chaos. Guardian Cats of both. Order was a nice warm feeling. Chaos was a cold icky sickening feeling. But all were different in their own way. This was definitely Order, and similar to a Senshi, but different. He turned to look in their direction. He raised a hand in greeting.

Quail's Eye didn't know what to think about the forest that was now inside the city. It was so weird to him. Of course he loved nature, he could easily turn into a quail and no one would know he were here. It might honestly be more safe for him, but... He had to make sure there were no chibis out that needed protection. During his wanderings he spotted the tracks. Quail's light brown eyes just squinted as he put his hand on the thin sheet of ice that covered the large foot print. Was it Big Foot? America was so weird with their cryptids that might or might not be true. Then something caught his attention, and he jerked his head up only to spot an unfamiliar senshi greeting him. There was a wide smile on his face as he got up and wandered up to him. "Hey, do you know what these foot prints belong to? I've seen them dotted here and there..."

"Not sure. Been studying them. Here are my notes if you'd like to see." Etamin handed the newcomer a clipboard with notes on size and groves and such, while he looked at him quizzically. "I'm Super Sailor Etamin of Hieroglyphics and you?" He studied him closely but respectfully. "I must say I've never felt an Aura quite like yours. I've met White Moon Senshi of all Ranks (a Transcended Senshi and Chibi Senshi as well), Knights of many Ranks, Dark Mirror Senshi of several Ranks, Negaverse Officers of many ranks and Guardian Cats of both Affiliations. "Of these, yours is definitely Order, and closest to Senshi, but I'm not really sure it is... I apologize. I am a scholar and have been in all my past lives. I am currently studying all the Powered Beings in the war, but sometimes I get ahead of myself. That was rude. I should have asked first." He bowed his head in apology.

Quail's Eye took the clip board from the other and just let his brows raise as he started to read. "Oh, sorry." His eyes ripped away from the papers and he held out one of his hands to shake Etamin's own, Quail's hand would be small in comparison. He was only four-foot-eleven after all. "I'm Quail's Eye of the Amazon Trio. There...were three of us. I think the other two went into hiding again. They pop up from time to time. Seal's Eye and Leopard's Eye." With the introductions done and hands shaken, Quail looked back to the notes, humming. Interesting. "I don't know what you'd call me. I have... a couple other forms, right now thought, this one is what is needed, I think." At least unless they happened upon this creature. "....Yeti maybe? I'm not familiar with American folk lore, but this foot print, and what you have here... it makes me think of the white version of big foot?"

Amazon Trio? That was awesome! He would have to look into that more, but now was not the time. Yeti? His brow wrinkled. "That's supposed to be a my-" He stopped. Here he was thinking about how Yeti was a myth and he was Senshi, talking to an Amazon Trio in an Alien War.... "Well they aren't supposed to be this far south, I don't think," he began again. "Could be an an elaborate prank?"

He gave the senshi a flat look. "If this is a joke, it's not a very good one. There is a magical forest eating our city. I don't think this is a joke. I think this is the work of the Negaverse." It was the only explanation. How else would a forest grow over night? "I think this thing is real. I think it poses a real threat, and we definitely need to take it down. There are children around. What if it tries to eat them? What if it wants to hurt them? We really need to do our duty and track this thing down, and dust it." Quail handed the clip board back to the other and then pushed a hand through his own gray hair. "Are you good at tracking?"

Etamin frowned. Quail's Eye was right and he should have known it. "Not as Sailor Etamin, no. But I have learned a few tricks from my little sister, Chibi Super Sailor Leaena of Cheetahs. She knows her stuff. Come on." He began to track the prints....

Quail's stomach clenched. He felt like they would need much more than him and Etamin, as strong as he felt. Still, the smaller man followed the tracks, starting to wander through the forest, dodging branches and underbrush. It was only going to get darker and colder. "Is she alright? Your sister, do you know where she is? Can you get a hold of her somehow?"
