The moment you blink, or look away, it's gone; if you investigate further you will find that there are tracks left in the snow atop the roof--but none around the house. It looks like it just showed up there--and just disappeared.
Bernard double checked the food to make sure that it was heated and ready for any mauvians to partake. It smelled heavenly, both to humans and kitties, and he couldn't wait to snag a few for himself as he settled in to watch the mystery.
The weather was colder and it had recently snowed, which meant that there was less activity, which had given Beranrd the idea to host a Mystery Movie Night. It wasn't a Horror Movie Night, he wasn't too fond of those, but he believed a Mystery, with a clear conclusion at the end, would do just fine on a night such as this. He had managed to convince his humans to get all of the right food by writing a page, which they had figured had come from one of the workers and thought the idea was too adorable to pass up.
So now the food was ready, the wide-screen television would soon be playing, and all he had to do was wait for some fellow Mauvians to show up! He had only sent out the message and wasn't sure if any were to come, but if none did, well that just meant he had more food for himself and he could still watch the movie!
But he hoped that it would be a fun night! He had wanted to try something such as this when he had seen it on a few shows that he had watched and even though he was what could be considered "old" by the younger Mauvians, that didn't mean that he couldn't have some fun with them!
