Bio: The depth of the ocean had always been home to Meiling. He was the fifth born son of the Mereman King under the ocean. He fell in love with another man, Lang Xi. His father didn't mind the matter and during a war with a neighboring underwater kingdom it was the least important thing to him. He had seen how hard Meiling worked and helped the people. Meiling had ahll his worries taken care of by servants and got the best of everything. Meiling's Oldest brother became jealous of the attention given to Meiling.
One day, Lang Xi was given a note to meet the King. Meiling though to join him. When they arrived at the meeting, they found the King dead. Unfortunately, his older caught Meiling and Lang Xi's hands coated in the blood of the King. Lang Xi and Meiling were charged with treason. Unfortunately Meiling was forced to watch as his beloved was beheaded. Meiling, was left alive a single day to mourn during which, a servant helped him escaped his cell.
Meiling fled the Kingdom, aware that if he ever came back they would kill him on sight. Just before leaving he found out his older brother had betrayed him. Regardless, Meiling swam for hours to escape the kingdom and eventually washed up on shore.

Health: Meiling is in good health. He can grow legs when he reaches land.
Strengths: : Meling's healing ability comes from him using elemental water abilities. His healing abilities had been a great strength in his previous home. He is wildly protective of those who have piqued his interest. He's supportive of his friends in combat and in the world at large. He's got strong lean muscles. He can swim just as easily as breathing. He can passively, a non-combat shift from merman to human. Sometimes he can have mermaid scales on various places on his body.
Weakness:
Meiling struggles with guilt knowing he can never return home due to what he was accused off. He knows that fleeing has only made himself appear more guilty. His elemental weakness is electricity. Often times he will put others before himself even if it means them causing him pain. Meiling needs water to heal. Without it, his healing abilities and magic do not work.
