Personality: Octavia is exactly what you would expect from a royal child, bratty and arrogant. However her high opinion of herself is not unfounded as she is still the child of a high tier witch, and as such is gifted by natural magical talent tempered by fine early schooling
However, due to her maladjustment to normal society and a desperate cry for attention from her parents, Octavia has taken to some...cringe-worthy behaviors worthy of a Chunni. In spite of this and her haughty attitude, Octavia will completely revert to normal, meme riddled speech when sufficiently angered or when forced to show her full ability.
In spite of her great talent and ability, Octavia is rather fragile, and when challenged by someone with enough of a presence or reputation recognized by her, she quickly becomes nervous and will make excuses to not do battle.
Bio: A princess out of time with something to prove, she's traveled through time from her homeland in search of someone to prove her worth and potential. Her ultimate goal? Defeat her mother rival to make a name for herself.
