Personality: Cuzco knows how to be charming and has perfected the art of buttering up others in order to get his way. He always has to leave an impression and does not know how to be shy or lackluster in anything that he does. His bright smile, his habit of playfully winking and flirting mark him as the suave character who can cause others to blush with his bold attempts. His tastes and personal preferences would mark him as eccentric to the average person, but this mostly shows through his willingness to playfully flirt with anyone, even if his intention is just to get his way. However, he is not a mean spirited person nor is he truly greedy. He just has a great sense of responsibility when it comes to his siblings and their poverty has forced him to do things that may not settle well with his spirit. Cuzco is just willing to do anything to protect those he loves and if he still had his blood parents he would have been the filial son that most parents adore.

History: Cuzco is no stranger to poverty, and he had always been poor. His mother was a lightning woman always too sickly to work, and his father was a leaf dockworker in Belrea, barely able to make ends meet and afford medicine to care for his wife. When Cuzco's father was younger, he travelled the world as a sailor until he met his wife in Belrea, whom managed to reign him in. She was a very sassy woman, and Cuzco's father absolutely adored that in her. One day, she fell ill, and he rushed to her side, caring for her and once she recovered, their romance blossomed. Soon Cuzco was born, however, his birth was anything but happy. His mother fell ill afterwards once more, only this time it left her bedridden and unable to move. Soon the medicines she required became too expensive for his father to afford. Overworked, his father, too became ill, and with Cuzco being too young to work or understand what was happening and be able to help, their illnesses took them.
With no parents to care for him, Cuzco was taken in by a kind old woman, who was caring for two other orphans. Cuzco was the oldest out of the three, and they became close very quickly. He adopted them as his sisters, and their names were Veskit and Reiko. As they got older, the kind elderly woman grew increasingly frail, and Cuzco made it his responsibility to take care of his new family. Sadly, it wasn't long before the old woman, too had passed on, leaving them to fend for themselves on the streets. It didn't take Cuzco long to resort to thievery, and even though he knew it wasn't the right thing to do, he was desperate. He didn't want to lose his sisters, and would do anything he could to make sure they were fed. Stealing food, however, was not the only way he fed his sisters. He also picked up social skills, such as sweet talking and haggling, using the money he pickpocketed to barter with merchants. His suave personality quickly made him very skilled at speaking to others and getting his way. He was even beginning to hope that he could provide a decent home for his sisters, and maybe he could even make an honest living, instead of picking pockets and stealing from food stalls.
