Collar -- Teal green with a stripe, likely shaped like feathers.
Bow -- Sash/bow with the ‘bow’ draping down his left side like a wing/tail combo.
Bodice -- White with a gold cross chest ‘closure’
Sleeves -- Detached, translucent green, a bit belly dancer-esq
Brooch -- A simple diamond in teal!
Bottoms -- White Puffy pants, again like a dancer, maybe a front ‘loincloth’ for more fabric.
Tiara -- simple metal band.
Choker -- High asian collar- would like it to look like it attaches to the collar please!
Shoes -- Simple Dance slippers
Gloves -- No Gloves.
Accessories -- metal armlets to hold up translucent sleeves!
I actually got his art from um Ende Jester so I think it has been approved I just need his powers approved!
Attacks: These are your Senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your Senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your Senshi can do in one word.
Sailor Scout Attack: Starling Dance
Garuda casts out a phantom Starling if the target is struck or brushed with the phantom bird then for thirty seconds they must mimic the same movements that Garuda makes, much like being part of a Starling Murmuration. Those of a higher rank than Garuda may attempt to shake off the effects of the attack. This attack can be used up to 3 times a day
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Majesty of Murmuration
Like the previous attack, Garuda casts a phantom starling towards his target, like before they must mimic the same motions for 30 seconds. As previously, those of a higher rank may attempt to shake off the effects. This attack can be used twice a day. He may also target up to two people.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Birds of a Feather
By using this attack, Sailor Garuda creates three ‘duplicates’ of himself, they have no actual substance but for a period of 45 seconds, they appear perfectly solid and can move in a manner that seems completely independent of the actual Senshi. While they can not attack as they have no substance, they can ‘flit about’ and provide a distraction, and confusion. The ‘clones’ created this way must stay within a 15-foot radius of him as the epicenter of the cast.
