Personality: Yuliya has a seemingly overwhelming bright and bubbly disposition being very friendly and talkative to pretty much everyone. Which has led her to having little to no regard for the personal space of others. Though there's also the unapologetically capricious, highly mischievous, free spirited and at times destructive part of her. Very playful and boisterous with a knack for making her presence known. A girl who doesn't exactly care much for authority, bending rules if not outright breaking them when they suit her. Not at all helped by the fact that she seems to lack proper impulse control and just does whatever she wants whether it gets her into trouble or not. This along with her insensitivity/high tolerance to pain has led into a very bad habit, of being generally reckless and getting into dangerous activities with seemingly little regard for her own well being. Yuliya is quite confident in her skills when it comes to magic, holding perhaps just a bit too much pride in it. At times she can be sharp tongued, sarcastic and very blunt in her way of speaking, sugarcoating isn't exactly her forte. As well she can have a bit of a morbid sense of humor. She doesn't take too well to someone trying to push her around or make a fool of her. She can be a bit vengeful and might seek revenge against those she perceived as wronging her. This is most likely also fueled by the fact that she is incredibly stubborn and it is hard to change her mind once she's come to a decision. Yuliya also has the bad habit of purposefully doing things just to get a rise out of someone, though thankfully never enough to be overly malicious or hurt a person. It's an especial pastime of hers to make people all types of flustered which results in endless amounts of teasing as well as calling people she really likes by nicknames. She self admittedly can grow bored easily and has gotten into the odd habit of picking up random hobbies which half the time she'll drop before going to the next thing. Overall this is one gal who will always manage to keep you on your toes.
Bio: Yuliya was born into the illustrious Wagner family, riches and high magical potential are two of the main focal points of her family. As such she grew up in the lap of luxury and has been studying magic from a young age. She was definitely considered the favorite by not just her parents but also her grandmother as her older sister is estranged from the family (though she still tries to keep in contact as she dearly loves her sister) and her brother was sadly murdered a couple years back. So when she decided to pursue higher education and wished to enroll in Oblivion University her mother and father were more than happy and willing to send her, especially given the great track record of the school.
