Bio: She used to be kindof a scumbag rogue but her talent for magic got her into a nice school.. now she's a scumbag for a lot of people. Mostly boys but occasionally a business or two. Chiyo's delinquent nature and artistic talent without all the asinine political, moral, or legal baggage make her popular with less savory types in need of assistance from professionals. Especially with orcs and barbarians having problems with witches.
