A piercing screech echoed along the midday winds. Something was on the prowl for their next meal. Small animals ran from this beast, for it was hungry, away from the heavy paws of the beast. "Gggggrrrrrrr....." Low and rumbling, the growl of a monster. It was heading towards the mountains from the lands below. The winds began to pick up, the closer it traveled to the mountain road. The rustling of feathers sounded in the air from the whipping winds. They adorn sun bleached spines, along creams and oranges of fur. The creature was a mighty fox-bear hybrid, born from two monstrous creatures.

Astroula was traveling back to the pack's lands from her semi-regular meeting with their ... patron Angeni. To be honest, the blue striped fox personally thought she was a little...dorky? But that was a thought she was careful to keep to herself.

She was shaken out of her thoughts, though, by the panicked noises of small creatures running through the underbrush. Frowning slightly, she quickly transformed into her smaller fox form and followed the trail of where the creatures were running from. Usually the guards would take care of any intruders, but they were probably somewhere else on their patrol right now. Peering through leaves, she spotted a larger female stalking through the trees, straight for the pack's territory.

Wonderful. Leaping out in front of the other, she shifted forms as she moved, hoping to be intimidating. "You are trepassing on my pack's lands... go back," she growled.
