Basically this, with black instead of white, dark grey shirt (#444444) instead of light blue, and the tie to be #4e2aa3

Weapon

Lieutenant Weapon: A toy "vaccine" from a child's doctor's playset.
Captain Weapon: Comically large shot similar to this, with the needle being a fair amount more realistic.
General Weapon: A needle-like lance.

Hi Geo, this looks good!

Only flag is that his final lance/spear may end up looking ever so slightly needle like due to how the weapons naturally progress - a big needle transforming in to a plain lance isn't progression that makes complete sense.

Are you happy enough to have the little nods to this in the design or do you want to revisit your captain weapon to tone it down slightly?

It's entirely your choice as to which path you choose, you just have to make sure that the evolution from the Captain -> General stage is still recognisable.
