Listed below will be the rules for all characters, starting from Beginners and going all the way up to the Champion.
STARTING TRAINERS
1. Your starting Pokemon will be level 5~10.
2. Only the first three starters will get a Pokedex. Don't complain if you're a starter and don't get one.
3. You'll start off with a Holocaster and and a Badge/Ribbon Case if you want one.
4. You'll be allowed to start off with only 10 regular Pokeballs.

6. Only TWO people will get an Eevee or a Pikachu as a starter. Though you have to ask me first.

GYM LEADERS / TRIAL CAPTAINS
1. Your Pokemon will be based on the Level of your Gym or Trial. After this, scale Levels down for your Sub-Teams.

ELITE 4 / ISLAND CAPTAINS / TEAM ADMINS / TOP COORDINATOR

2. You're allowed to have a full team, and three full sub-teams. Elite 4 and Island Captains will be allowed an extra "special team" for use only in Pokemon League Battles.
3. You're allowed to start off with a pretty good inventory.
4. Can't start off with a Pokedex.
6. You will be allowed to have two Legendary on your "Legendary Team".
Extra: Island Captains, due to being re-battled again to act as an "Elite 4" for Trial-goers for the League will use a different team that matches the Elite 4 in Level (Level 65~70 for Oneiro~Nemuke and Level 71~76 for Adranés~Requies).

MASTERS EIGHT [UPPER TIER] / BATTLE TOWER BOSS / TEAM LEADERS

~ Gym Leaders, Trial Captains, Elite 4 and Island Captains will technically have two "Main Teams". Their normal one they use for Pokemon Battles (which will be scaled depending on the Gym), and then a second one they can use for whatever else (the above listed).

When it comes to the Masters Eight and the World Coronation Series battles, they will all have full use of their Legendary Pokemon Team during the battle. Frontier Brains can have a single Legendary Pokemon on their Frontier Brain Battle team (alongside other non-Legendary Pokemon). This Legendary does NOT have to be from their Legendary Pokemon Team, nor does it count towards the Legendary Pokemon List, meaning you can even have one that's been claimed.
