Personality: He and his twin sister Pyper were born from the same egg. Both of them are very close, sharing a psychic link. They feel each other's pain and emotions, and do not do well when separated for very long. He is a bright student that spends most of his time staring at a computer screen. He likes to study over socializing so he can be a little awkward at times. He’s known for being clingy though with people he knows well enough; especially when it comes to his twin sister Pyper.

Photography-Similar to his sister, he likes taking pictures! He likes to capture the moment. He has a bulletin board full of pictures of friends and family alike.

History: His egg was stolen from his family, and he was actually born in a lab alongside his sister. He absorbed a pair of VR goggles that were nearby, that gave him the ability to scan and alter the reality around him. When he and his sister got older they were able to escape the lab and go home, but they didn’t know where home was. So they began a search. A few years later they were able to reunite with their parents. They then grew up in that small town. They started off rather poor. But they both held odd jobs until Ivan saved up and bought his first computer. He was very smart, and learned quickly how to manipulate complicated programs to his will. So he took his love of computers, and began life as a small-time hacker on the side. He always has a laptop with him. He is a loner though, and very quiet. He likes to spend most of his time shut in his room. He’s very much a nerd, and likes video games, especially VR tech. Recently he and his sister have moved out of their old home, since now that they are older. Instead they share an apartment, and wire their parents money on occasion so they can live comfortably too.

Dislike: Losing his wifi connection lol and being separated from his sister.
Hidden: He can sometimes hear his sister’s thoughts due to their psychic link.

description: alters the area around Ivan(up to the size of a house) into anything he imagines, causing the enemy confusion. (this can be partially illusion, partially real items that integrate themselves into the area. Like a half cyber world. Lol )
Limits: He has to be conscious/awake to use.
-Max size he will be able to do would be house size (At adult it would be block size and at elder it would be city size)
-It would then be passive after creation until he's older
-with each leftover charge he can make one new thing that wasn't originally there (but they are limited to item size aka the size of a horse or smaller)
-(Items can exist past one turn, but if they are attacked they poof)
-May manipulate/destroy parts of the area if they are solid enough to do so.

Subpower->Summon Weapon
Desc: he can summon any weapon he chooses. And they actually work! It’s not just an illusion! I mean, he can ALTER reality. He is proficient with guns and daggers, but it could be anything!
Limit:
If used for a powered attack uses up one of the charges from the main skill.

Summon Boss Monster
Item: vr goggles
Desc: summons a boss monster to fight for him; a dragon to be specific. It uses the ability: Electro ball! It fires a ball of electricity from it's mouth. (doesn't work well against earth/ground element)
Limit:
-Only 1 summons can be active per player per round.
-They can only be used for 1 round to attack or defend and uses up the summoner's attack or defense slot.
-They may have a unique power that is used when summoned, that ability must also have confirmation.
-Depending on the power, summons can continue to exist past the use of the power but can not be used to attack or defend

Desc: He can increase his charge if he runs out by 1
Limit:
-Can only have one ability that recharges other charges.
-Can not recharge past max.
-Charge (2/2) per battle.
-Uses up the attack or defense slot.
-Recharge only charges up one charge, not max charge.

Mega Heal Potion!
Item: vr goggles
Desc: He can summon a healing potion to regain some health!
Can create one heal potion but no one can drink more than one per battle. (two at adult?)

Limit:
-Can only bring in a max of two healing skill into battle, even if the character may have more.
-Charge: (1/1)
-Can not be recharged. One heal per battle even if the skill may have more charges.
-Healing a KO player does not bring them back into battle. They are considered out of play even if they wake up.

Upload Virus!
Item: vr goggles
Desc: Ivan ‘uploads’ a magic that infects the enemy with a virus causing them to move slowly and feel sluggish and weak. Effects all types, not just machine.
Limits:
If hits they can not defend the next turn with a power but can with basic defense.
Charge:2
Active or Passive: Active

Weakness: earth, wind
Resistance: electricity, water(because it conducts electricity)

Race based Powers:
-Good Fortune: Can be used to give another meta (not yourself) a boost to one power for a few rounds
-Fox Form: able to transform into a large animal ( large cat or fox ). Also able to transform into a house animal ( house cat, small fox ) while in this form still capable of producing human language.
[Passive]In either form, the Nekomata can see spirits and auras easily and talk to spirit and the living.

Buff: Upgrade! (buffs any of his skills)

All characters get a buff that they can use on one skill for the duration of the battle.

Buffs raise the value of an attack or defense. They do not take a attack or defense slot to activate but need to be said when they are activated on a skill.

Can only have a max of three buffs on a skill (a mixture of the buff power given to all characters plus any racials)

Limits:
-Can be placed on almost any skill during battle.
-Lasts until end of battle on chosen skill
-Can not stack with another permanent buff.
-Does not take an attack or defense slot to activate
-Can not be used on someone else
