Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn and caldron bubble. Fillet of a fenny snake, In the caldron boil and bake; Eye of newt and toe of frog, Wool of bat and tongue of dog, Adder's fork and blind-worm's sting, Lizard's leg and howlet's wing, For a charm of powerful trouble, Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.
Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn and caldron bubble. Cool it with a baboon's blood, Then the charm is firm and good. ~Macbeth

Questions?I've had some questions pop up! Here's a list. Quote: Keantha10/03/2020 I am really excited for this one so I want to be able to do some prep and I have a few questions First, does the 'soup' have to be eatable at the end? Feyreisa10/03/2020 Nope! Keantha10/03/2020 wonderful Feyreisa10/03/2020 Unless you want it to be Keantha10/03/2020 second, what do you consider soup. Because I know several [insert "soup" idea here] Feyreisa10/03/2020 The contest does say to be creative. wink Keantha10/03/2020 oh baby we are in business now!! Quote: KeanthaToday at 2:40 AM i have another question...I kinda wrote the directions as telling a story with the actual directions on how to make it in parenthases. Is that ok or do I need to rewrite? FeyreisaToday at 7:36 AM I’d prefer them the recipe steps. If you want to include something else I guess you could spoiler below KeanthaToday at 8:12 AM Ok np!

Username: Andranis Preferences: Witch's Familiar, Witch
Recipe: Wish Soup
A liquid base A few drops of distilled liquid dreams (Food coloring - Any color will do) A handful of hopes (Large-grain glitter - Any color will do) As many pinches of starlight, summer breezes, or the steam of breath in winter as you want (Fine-grain glitter - Pearlescent for starlight, gold for summer, silver for winter breath) Pieces of crystal moonlight OR sunlight (Fake gems, aquarium in this case - Cool colors for moonlight, warm colors for sunlight) Direction(s):
Gather your ingredients, on any available surface it's safe to do so Fill your container of choice with your liquid base - In this case, water. Mason jars and old baby food jars are highly recommended for this, since they have lids to keep things from spilling out. First add distilled liquid dreams - However many drops you want, depending on how strong you want it Toss in a handful of hopes - It needs to be good and strong! Add a pinch or twelve of starlight. Harvested yourself is ideal, but if you don't have the ability or spoons to do so, store-bought works just fine Now you add the pieces of crystal moonlight, they're what gives the soup power. Stir the ingredients together, it should shimmer and sparkle in the light. Anything will do to stir with, so you don't need to worry about having to find the branch of a rare tree from some remote part of England, and if you don't have anything on hand that will work in your container, shaking it will work as well. It's about the intent. Now that your soup has been assembled, set it in a window to cast your wish into the sky beyond If you've drank it, something has gone very wrong

I love your entries, folks! Each of you showed your own unique creativity and style with your Witch's Brew! (To be honest I was hoping someone would go make mud brew with twigs, leaves, and bits and bobs from nature, and stir with sticks. 😂 Alas!) I'm giving each of you an extra ticket.
