Okie dorie then....
I went on a school trip to Washington a few days ago and, lucky me, started my period the day before. I bleed a decent amount so I usually go through 3 to 4 supers (tampons) a day. Well, for whatever the reason, my tampons weren't in my bag when we got there so I ran to a convenience store in the hotel. They only had super plus so I just got those (I wasn't about to do without and I always leak through my pads no matter the size or shape).
THe day was pretty busy so I didn't have many times to change my tampons so I did when I could. I guess during the rush, I felt to get one out and I didn't feel a string. I placed another super plus in thinking I had either pulled the other one out already or just didn't have one in. When I put it in, it felt god awful so I pulled the new one out, felt around to make sure there wasn't another one, and inserted a new one in. I NEVER felt the first string.
Needless to say, when I went to the hotel that night and pulled that one out, I felt this immortal pain inside me. It took me nearly ten minutes before I could get my tampon(s) out. I ended up pulling two fully filled super plus tampons out at the same time. I'm relatively tight down there so it hurt like a b***h.
Though my period is now done, I still hurt down there. I don't think I broke my film or anything, but the walls of my v****a are sore. I used a super the other day which is rather easy for me to pull out but it hurt really bad this time. Is there anyway I can speed up the healing process? It hurts even now sometimes and only a long bath really helps it.
Any suggestions?

Eek x3 That made me cringe just thinking about it. I have a very narrow cervix, so I have trouble with just one tampon. You get sympathy cookies forever 0o
I can imagine how that rough, coarse cotton could scratch at the inside of your v****a. I suggest you treat your vaginator very nicely for quite a while and keep close tabs on it. Try to keep it relatively dry, as in after bathing, dry yourself carefully and thoroughly. The same goes with wiping and whatnot, but you're a big girl, I'm sure you know that already xD Also, now would be a great time to break out the granny panties. If you notice any unusual odors/bleeding/discharge, please go see your doctor.
You're prolly fine, but you never know. I wouldn't worry about it though =)
Sympathy cookies!

The only thing I can advise is going to a doctor to make sure it's not something serious like an infection. Pain is not a good thing, get it checked out by a professional and they can give you tips according to what exactly it is to heal faster.
