Before leaving her home, Lavendulan checked on Wolframite one last time to make sure he was, in fact, asleep. She left her earring on the nightstand beside him as a precaution should he wake up before she got back.

In terms of convenience, It was a more effective way to communicate since it didn’t require the use of their tablets to respond, there was no way to track their correspondences and the fact that he would be in the Dark Kingdom while she was roaming Destiny City was not an obstacle they needed to be wary of.

Lopezite had suggested that she collect extra energy, above her quota requirements, and offer it to Wolframite. He believed that even a small amount might help hasten her boyfriend’s recovery; which, considering how much he has been sleeping, might allow him to at least rest easier or more comfortably.

A general that had been running a quick errand in the castle had offered to taxi her to the streets of Destiny City. However, when asked if he could take her somewhere close to the water, either the beach or a lake, he seemed confused at first but happy enough to oblige. She was a half-youma after all, her request didn’t need to make much sense to him but clearly she had a reason for asking.

It was dangerous and selfish, but Lavendulan didn’t wish to patrol with anyone right now, she wasn’t sure if it was against some rule to keep energy for herself and she wasn’t inclined to share any she gathered if another officer decided to tag along. She had her Shadowpass Gem available if she needed a quick escape otherwise being near water was the only way she could get away since, to her knowledge, not many were able to breathe underwater as she could.

She had spent a fair amount of time lurking the shadows, trying to skirt around any order aura’s that flared up along the edge of her senses, when she spotted someone sitting on a park bench alone. A curious thing to see since it was starting to get late but it was the best chance she had to steal at least a sample size of energy to get this evening underway before she sought out more unsavory individuals that would likely put up a bigger fight, and likely be holstering some sort of weapon that might land her in a situation similar to Wolframite but it was worth the risk.

There were worse things that went bump in the night that weren’t monsters, and in the end, they were her real target for this evening.

“I’m sorry,” Laven spoke quietly as she placed a clawed hand on the back of the woman’s head and the other on her shoulder to keep her from getting up and running away or falling over sideways out of fright. “Just… don’t turn around and everything will be fine.”

Historically when someone caught a glimpse of her appearance, it usually resulted in the other person screaming or shitting themselves, as was the case with one poor girl earlier this year. It was a misfortune that she’d rather not have happened again if it could be helped.

Rather than waiting for a response, she began siphoning a little bit of energy to start so the other woman didn’t outright pass out.

“The less you struggle, the less I have to take.” Laven’s hold became a bit firmer than she meant it to be. “I’d rather not leave you unconscious on the bench.”

Her quota was close to being met and anything she collected in addition to her previous orbs could then be given to Wolframite. That was the end goal here, to help him recover more quickly.

However, one thing she hadn’t considered was the distinct possibility he might in turn ask her to tun in the extra energy on his behalf since he isn’t able to patrol at the moment. <********> His devout loyalty would probably prevent him from accepting the hard work she was putting in. The probability was fairly high that he would feel obligated to turn it over instead of use it for himself.

I’ll sit on him and make him take it if I have to. She mentally threatened, not realizing she was draining more than intended.

Laven paused and admired the orb for a moment, it’s shine was a hopeful light in this dismally dark hour. “This is enough.” She commented quietly to herself. “I suggest you sit down, your energy will return to you soon enough.” The woman had just eaten which mean that after her body had some time to digest she should be well enough to go home so she could sleep off the rest of the effects.

"(Sorry for the other being so short...but I didn't know what else to do...fishing for length and words...and nope.)

Out for a patrol the senshi of vampires was on the hunt, something she didn't often do but was trying to correct. It was just lonely and without friends she didn't have the motivation. She was working on it though! She was trying to do better, especially after that training incident, that had gone really bad.

So when she did sense someone, a chaos signature, she went after it - sought it out. What she found was not what she wanted to see and it had the senshi of vampires not hesitating in her own attack.

"Bats bite." Sending out her own bats to grab some energy the senshi moved to check on the civilian, and hopefully back the agent off. "You should leave - you're not welcome." And she would see to it that they did leave, someone needed her to keep them safe.

With someone there to help her, perhaps even save her depending on if the other would have killed her, Winterlynn was able to lean back and almost slump to the side in exhaustion. At least now she was safe.

Whispering out a thank you she wasn't surprised when a senshi came into view and smiled at her. She was perhaps a bit surprised when they took off after the part youma, they had to only be part youma, and left her where she was. She could be attacked by someone else, and she couldn't tell if anyone was near by, and that was not good for her. But it did seem the senshi wasn't going to let the one who just drained her get away with it either, though she wasn't even sure what the youma had just done.


Of course she had made sure the person was still conscious, incase they had somehow passed out, before taking off after the watery half youma. What sort of magic they had she didn't know but she was going to make sure they learned a lesson - not to drain civilians.

Taking off running after them, pushing brush out of her way as she moved, the senshi of vampires took off into the woods after them. The civilian would be fine, at least she assumed so since she didn't sense anyone near by.
