Why do we need more Vice Captains or Crew Members when hardly any of our Members post as it is?

well let me answer that
well one reason is new vice and crew might help to bring new life in here
and a second reason is new vice and crew can help to advertise in flash spaces
its always good to keep things fresh
im trying to find new ways to help keep things moving in here and well i recently demoted some friends in the hopes of more activity
i also want to give some other chances to new people so they have a chance to prove themselves

well im just seeing if anyone interested, if not then ill just leave things as is for now
wants new crew and vice but im ok keeping it as it is right now until more activity
