        BACKGROUND ▬ Born into a family of bandits, Goro has had his perception of good and bad skewered… having to steal and or barter his whole life sure did mess this up. Also, having parents who didn't bother teaching him simple things like that added fuel to the fire. As horrible as it sounds, the one thing they could teach him was to survive and not stop at anything to do it. After hearing this, you could quickly think that Goro would grow into a nobody… But once he was old enough, he strayed from his current path and left his parent's house and ventured on a voyage. He grabbed just enough equipment to carry and wouldn't slow him down too much. On this personal voyage, he educated himself on the real horrors of the world, The Grim. He learned about the fighting forces and humanity's courageous battle against them. And through this, he found his way out from this lifestyle. Goro wants to become a huntsman not to aid in the fight but for the fame and fortune that comes with it. And thus begin his new journey. Goro had started training himself to get ready for the entrance exams. He read upon fighting styles, training methods, and weapon creation. Once he completed that, he put his brain to use and began preparing. This is where the story of Goro picks up.

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Ignition: This fine piece of handy-work was constructed by Goro himself. His vision for this weapon was to have the best of both worlds having Ignition capable of slashing and blast damage. Unlike most weapons Ignition doesn’t have a portable mode its normally in its Melee form but once its time for some range the blades sink back for the shaft of the rile to extend and cause some hell for the foe.

        Ranged Form ▬ Two rifles that fire dust rounds. (Ten rounds in each riffle, which amounts to 20 rounds in total. All twenty shots need to be exhausted before a reload can occur.) The rifle also has a good accuracy until about 100 yards.

        Ammo Type ▬ 20 Regular Riffles bullets and 8 dust bullets.
        ▬ Being more of a sword than a rifle the firing rate lacks speed. Ignition can only fire 3 rounds per post.

        ▬ Goro’s semblance allow him to Induce explosions by channellig volatile energy into his targets to detonate them. This can only happen if Goro is in physical contact with his body or through his weapon. (He cannot channel this energy into something living or protected by aura). Goro is also immune to his own Semblance explosions.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ (0-99 posts)
        At its most novice level, combustion can generate explosions that can disorient and knock a foe off-balance. The explosion has a range of 3 meters and can be used 6 times before a 5 post cool-down.
        *LEVEL 1▬ (100-199 posts)
        After some continued practice, combustion evolved and now has a greater blast force capable of doing some severe damage. Taking a blast head-on could lead to severe burns. The explosion has a range of 5 meters and can be used a total of 5 times before a 6 post cool-down.
        *LEVEL 2▬ (200-299 posts)
        After small mastery, Combustion now has an even greater force that the share concussive force alone can knock foes back several feet. The explosion has a range of 7 meters and can only be used 4 times before a 7 post-cool down.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts)
        At maximum usage, Combustion’s power is enough to obliterate large architectures. This explosion has a total range of 9 meters
        It can used a total of 3 times before a 8 post cool-down.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ The stronger the semblance gets, the less the user can use it under consecutive situations. And overuse will cause severe fatigue and, in extreme cases, death. Goro’s Aura will pulsate in its natural green color indicating an explosion is coming. And lastly Goro has to spend 1 post charing a explosion beforehand. And lastly the semblance cannot be paired with ranged attacks.

Greetings, I shall be your judge this evening. Whether that bodes good or ill for you is something we will see in our time together. While I usually have a knack for flair, i'll keep this much simple. I'll list any questions or concerns I have below on what needs to be done before we can get you approved, but i'll be free to contact on less... visible areas.

Judgement:


Archetype:

- Other talents: You can have one more other talent. Not mandatory, but just thought you should know.

Primary weapon:

- Please add a small description to describe how the weapon transforms. This is a bit of fantasy, so it doesn't have to be too realistic, just needs to make sense.

- For the rifle aspect, you say it lacks range but what would the range of the rifle be?

- Minor clarification: How many bullets can be fire before it needs to be reloaded? Also are the 20 bullets essentially all he will ever have at a given time?


Semblance:

- For the range, is that the explosive range or how far he can do the explosive from himself? I'm a bit confused on that, and it would help me determine part of how to balance it (and help me see if level 3 needs a bit of editing or not).

Regardless, I would need to know the explosive radius for combustion.

In terms of what I need to know for balance, does he only have to see something to try and induce combustion or does he need to touch it to channel the volatile energy?

If its touch, like he could say channel it to his weapon when attacking and if it hits something he can cause an explosion, you'd just need to say that he has to touch the object (can be done with weapon) to induce combustion.

If its sight I would like an indication of when he is going to combust something, like perhaps a dark green color appears in the area that is about to be combusted.

- I would add a drawback that he cant induce the explosion in something living/ protected by aura. I doubt you were going for this, but still needed as a drawback.

- I would also need a cool-down type of thing (essentially after you use it for a bit, you have to wait a certain amount of posts before you can use it again) for this semblance. An example of what I mean by that would be:
Level 0: He can use his semblance 6 times before a 5 post cool-down
Level 1: He can use his semblance 5 times before a 6 post cool-down.
Level 2: He can use his semblance 4 times before a 7 post cool-down
Level 3: He can use his semblance 3 times before a 8 post cool-down.

This is all I currently see the need to change/ be clarified for now. This does not mean it shall be the end of it, as more questions may arise as we progress and I may have missed something. I am willing to be flexible on some thing if given good reason to, and i'll be open for any discussion you have or if you need any help with this. Primary weapon:

- In range form: "(Ten dust rounds in each riffle, which amounts to 20 rounds in total. All twenty shots need to be exhausted before a reload can occur.)"

Please remove the word dust in this, as this is more clip size than bullet type (and you only have at most 8-11 dust).

- Please add a range that the rifle form is accurate to (essentially, has good accuracy until X meters or feet).


Semblance:

- For level 3, since all other levels scale up by 2 meters, it should be reduced to 9 meters. Since 25 meters is very very big for explosive range.

- Since the explosions have a range, can they also hit goro or is it only a range away from him? If it is the former, you should mention it in drawbacks.

        BACKGROUND ▬ Born into a family of bandits, Goro has had his perception of good and bad skewered… having to steal and or barter his whole life sure did mess this up. Also, having parents who didn't bother teaching him simple things like that added fuel to the fire. As horrible as it sounds, the one thing they could teach him was to survive and not stop at anything to do it. After hearing this, you could quickly think that Goro would grow into a nobody… But once he was old enough, he strayed from his current path and left his parent's house and ventured on a voyage. He grabbed just enough equipment to carry and wouldn't slow him down too much. On this personal voyage, he educated himself on the real horrors of the world, The Grim. He learned about the fighting forces and humanity's courageous battle against them. And through this, he found his way out from this lifestyle. Goro wants to become a huntsman not to aid in the fight but for the fame and fortune that comes with it. And thus begin his new journey. Goro had started training himself to get ready for the entrance exams. He read upon fighting styles, training methods, and weapon creation. Once he completed that, he put his brain to use and began preparing. This is where the story of Goro picks up.

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Ignition: This fine piece of handy-work was constructed by Goro himself. His vision for this weapon was to have the best of both worlds having Ignition capable of slashing and blast damage. Unlike most weapons Ignition doesn’t have a portable mode its normally in its Melee form but once its time for some range the blades sink back for the shaft of the rile to extend and cause some hell for the foe.

        ▬ Being a riffle it lacks range, also when reloading it takes half a post to do so. The rifle also has a good accuracy until about 100 yards.

        ▬ Goro’s semblance allow him to Induce explosions by channellig volatile energy into his targets to detonate them. This can only happen if Goro is in physical contact with his body or through his weapon. (He cannot channel this energy into something living or protected by aura). Being it is Goro's unique power he has an extremely high tolerance to his explosions.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ (0-99 posts)
        At its most novice level, combustion can generate explosions that can disorient and knock a foe off-balance. The explosion has a range of 3 meters and can be used 6 times before a 5 post cool-down.
        *LEVEL 1▬ (100-199 posts)
        After some continued practice, combustion evolved and now has a greater blast force capable of doing some severe damage. Taking a blast head-on could lead to severe burns. The explosion has a range of 5 meters and can be used a total of 5 times before a 6 post cool-down.
        *LEVEL 2▬ (200-299 posts)
        After small mastery, Combustion now has an even greater force that the share concussive force alone can knock foes back several feet. The explosion has a range of 7 meters and can only be used 4 times before a 7 post-cool down.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts)
        At maximum usage, Combustion’s power is enough to obliterate large architectures. This explosion has a total range of 25 meters
        It can used a total of 3 times before a 8 post cool-down.

        *DRAWBACKS ▬ The stronger the semblance gets, the less the user can use it under consecutive situations. And overuse will cause severe fatigue and, in extreme cases, death.

Greetings, I shall be your judge this evening. Whether that bodes good or ill for you is something we will see in our time together. While I usually have a knack for flair, i'll keep this much simple. I'll list any questions or concerns I have below on what needs to be done before we can get you approved, but i'll be free to contact on less... visible areas.

Judgement:


Archetype:

- You put the other talent (medical management) in other skills section. Please move this into other talent section. It is the section below bonus talent and above strongest skill.

Primary weapon:

- Given it can shoot up to 100 yards with accuracy, lack of range is not a weapon weakness. Please add a new one.


Semblance:

- To reiterate: For level 3, since all other levels scale up by 2 meters, it should be reduced to 9 meters. Since 25 meters is very very big for explosive range.

- Consulted with others and there needs to be 2 more drawbacks to this semblance.
1) Even when channeled through his weapon, it has to be melee (cant be bullets or ranged projectiles).
2) Before any explosion, he has to spend 1 post charging up with his dark green aura appearing around him.

This is all I currently see the need to change/ be clarified for now. This does not mean it shall be the end of it, as more questions may arise as we progress and I may have missed something. I am willing to be flexible on some thing if given good reason to, and i'll be open for any discussion you have or if you need any help with this.
