Fuku:

Little hairstyle note- I'd like her hair to be in two buns, like the reference I linked in the civilian post. However, only her front framing bangs drape down instead of all her hair. I hope that makes sense. X_X

I also have this ref of my UTAU Alula that I'd like used as a potential base for the fuku. At the very least I'd like to keep the sleeves and the poofyish skirt. The rest can be modified to meet senshi requirements.

Collar -- Maybe some sailor collar variant that fits the way the fuku base is set up?
Bow -- Absolutely add chest and butt bows, of course. Just standard ones is fine.
Bodice -- I kinda want to stick to the look of the ref's bodice.
Sleeves -- I love those flowing flared sleeves that Alula has and would like to keep them on this design.
Brooch -- I'd kind of like it to resemble an eighth note, with that cute little... top tail thing eighth notes have.
Bottoms -- I like the look of Alula's skirt. I'd like either a piano, piano roll, or musical staff motif along her skirt no matter what color/structure configuration is chosen. Tights are good, as are shorts (I think Alula has both but the shorts are hard to see).
Tiara -- It looks like a regular tiara, but the center gem is a whole note! (The open round one.)
Choker -- Could her choker resemble a half rest? Like... be lower at some points then raise in a section that makes it resemble a half rest?
Shoes -- Heels if tights, boots if no tights.
Gloves -- Leaning towards no.
Accessories -- Up to the artist as I can never think of any. I'd say remove the feather motif though.

Your MAIN COLOUR should dominate. Your SECOND COLOUR should be used for trimming.

Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.

Sailor Scout Attack: Stepwise Motion!
Enescu steps in place and calls the attack name. She conjures a stream of musical note projectiles, each accompanied by a random pitch tone. The projectiles are about 4 inches in size, and come in a thin stream of three notes at its thickest. Getting hit by the projectiles feels like having something small and light bounce off you (maybe a ping pong ball). The stream of notes lasts for 30 seconds. This attack can be used 3 times per battle.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Skipwise Motion!
Enescu skips in place and calls the attack name. She conjures a stream of musical note projectiles, each accompanied by a random pitch tone. The projectiles are about 6 inches in size, and come in a stream of five notes at its thickest. Getting hit by the projectiles feels like having something light but noticeable bounce off you (maybe a tennis ball). The stream of notes lasts for 35 seconds. This attack can be used 2 times per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Leitmotif!

Enescu makes an orchestra conducting motion with her hands and calls the attack name. An ethereal musical note flies into three (or less) targets on the battlefield, producing a tingling sensation when it hits. In brief pulses with five seconds between them, a pitch tone will resound inside the target's head, followed by a full-body vibration sensation, as though the target has become a living tuning fork. The pulses repeat every five seconds for 40 seconds, making a total of 8 pulses. This attack can only be used once.
