Through the lobby there is a set of several elevators, two lead up to staff offices and apartments - Floors 1 - 4 and two lead down to the basement laboratories B1 - B 5.

B1 - Intake / Holding room: One large room covered with large cages on both sides of the room. Here new experiments are brought in to be examined or sold accordingly. There is a large open area off to the side that cages can be moved to to hose down the occupant when needed.
B2 - The Bloodbone Floor - There are 12 holding rooms here, 6 on each side of the hall. Each with a solid secured door. In each is a small curtained area containing a toilet. A single King mattress on the floor with a blanket. Small micro cameras and microphones are hidden in the whole room so the scientist can observe and hear everything. There are also 6 exam rooms, 3 on each side of the hall and three operating rooms. At the end of the hall is a large enclosed gym, where they are taken to exercise.

B3 - The Animal Gene-Splicing Floor - There are 12 holding rooms here, 6 on each side of the hall. Each with a solid secured door. In each is a small curtained area containing a toilet. B4 - Breeding Quarters here are 12 holding rooms here, 6 on each side of the hall. Each with a solid secured door. In each is a small closed off bathroom. A single Queen bedroom set, along with a pull out trundle bed. There is a small eating area set for four. These rooms are used to host the facilities breeding pairs for observation and training. Small micro cameras and microphones are hidden in the whole room so the scientist can observe and hear everything. There are also 6 exam rooms, 3 on each side of the hall and three operating rooms. At the end of the hall is a large indoor Gym and playground.
Garden Pen 1 - A large enclosed outdoor garden
Rabbit Hutch - A place for the rabbit experiments that need a gentle hand.
Survival Pen - A wild overgrown forest used to test the experiments instincts.
