Tsukiko would still be in the bakery's hidden training area, finishing up her stretches and yoga session. In her mind, you had to make sure you were nice and limber when you were about to start training. Taking a breath, she would begin running as fast as she possibly could back and forth in the training area. The more she ran, the faster she was able to get. Her human body...well...partially human body had to adjust to doing things that she was able to do in the Soul Society.
She slowed her running to more of a jog, feeling the strain on her body a bit. 'I have really got to do better than this...I have lived as a human for far too long...' she thought to herself, sitting down to take a breather before she would begin training again.
