Strange things appear in Destiny City all the time, so nothing seems out of the ordinary about what might look like discarded trash, broken glass, or pieces of broken jewelry. If anyone were to lean in for a closer inspection, they might find a beautiful, gemstone like object that is shaped a bit like a star. They come in an array of colors and almost seem to have some sort of light sparkling in them.
The city had almost been holding it's breath in anticipation for the Meteor Shower, going all out on decorations that hung throughout Destiny City like a well bejeweled bride. Hux found the excitement refreshing, keeping lesson plans involving celestial topics in literature for the class to work on. Right now however he was enjoying a stroll through the streets to see the hard work put into beautifying and decorating. The tall blond wasn't moving particularly fast and was instead taking his sweet time in his gazing, smiling every so often when a particularly eye catching sight grabbed his attention to it.
One decoration that he stopped at to look at was in fact a bright purple shooting star shaped neon sign, something he couldn't help but be amused at. Still after a moment he continued on along the pavement, whistling a cheery tune under his breath and a spring in his steps. As he was looking up at some of the hanging lights he felt a slight resistance in his next step making him look down to see what it was. There lying on the ground was one of the many star charms that the venders and shops were selling but that wasn't all.
Hux crouched down to pick up the charm and see that someone had managed to attach a different kind of star shaped charm to it, or at least he thought it was a charm but couldn't be sure since he had never seen one like it before. He looked up to see if anyone was near by that could have dropped it and found himself the only person this that particular sidewalk so there were no clues on who lost their charms. He shook his head as he straightened up to his full height before giving a shrug. "Guess this means I ended up with two new charms." He said out loud with an amused huff while putting the items into one of his pockets. At this point he figured whoever dropped it could just replace them since the star charms were everywhere, and at least this way they weren't litter on the floor.
His phone gave a chirp before he could start back on his walk and when he pulled it out he fount a text from Alexandre asking when he would be back. After sending his cousin an estimate, the tall blond turned to start the walk back to the house. Maybe Tink would enjoy the charm after it had been cleaned if Hux decided he didn't want it after all but the jewel like one, that one gave him a 'keep me' feel that he wasn't sure he could disagree with. At the very least though he would be asking Alexandre what he thought about it since normal jewelry shouldn't give feelings which meant it was magical in origin right? Thoughts of just what the jewel charm could do if he kept it made him speed up ultimately so he could quickly get back to Alex, no time like the present to get answers.
