Deep in the Fairy Wonderland, a beautiful fountain has been decorated to match the theme. This fountain has been here for years, but there’s something different about it beyond just the little stars and lights that have been set up around it. The fountain is filled with coins from wishes, though there seem to be a few strange, foreign coins. Underneath one of the lower parts of the fountain, hidden in an ornately carved swirl, is a small golden bell with a long golden chain dangling from it. If rung, a beautiful, tinkling sound echoes around the fountain as if many little bells are ringing. There is a faint hint of laughter hidden in the chiming bells. Amidst the tinkling bells and laughter, a little voice that sounds far away seems to ask for a wish. Whether or not one is requested, after a moment the song of the bells begins to fade. If the bell is rung again, nothing strange happens and it functions simply as a normal bell however, for the rest of the night, you hear the sound of giggling and tinkling bells following behind you.
Ciel searched for the strange figure for some time once she had fixed her shoes. The white haired woman wanted to find the figure even more now to demand an apology for tripping her, Which she was certain he was responsible for. However she couldn't find either hide nor hair of the obviously magical individual. She eventually gave up and just decided to get back to enjoying the fairy garden.
Eventually the young lady made her way to a beautiful fountain. It was beautiful under all the stars and fairy lights set up around the area and she could see wishing coins shimmer under the water. However beyond all that Ciel could tell there was more to it, a certain magic surrounded the fountain just like the stranger from earlier. She walked over the fountain to examine it more closely. She noticed a small golden bell with a golden chain. It was hidden under an ornate swell in the fountain. She wondered who put it there and why. If it was a decoration then why hide it like that, surely it couldn't have been an original part of the fountain.
But then again the fountain did seem strange already and a weird bell was hardly the strangest thing the young woman had seen, hell it wasn't even the strangest thing the young business woman had seen tonight. It was likely some sort of magic. Reaching down she rang the chain of the bell causing a ringing. She could hear phantom bells ringing in harmony with her bell. She wondered if this was a magical effect or if there were more bells attached to the fountain hidden so well that she just couldn't see them. She could also faintly hear giggling among the bell's ringing. That was almost certainly magical in nature.
Ciel was convinced at this point that this man made fake fairy garden had actual fairies in it, or at least something similar. Then a voice whisper along the wind "What is your wish." Ciel had no clue who the voice could have belonged to but she answered it none the less. "I wish that I had the ability to protect the people of this city. That I could make everyone happy." It was a silly wish, childish even but it was true. She would give this fountain all of her riches if it could grant that. But she knew that no matter how magical this fountain was it didn't have the power to grant her wish. She doubted that anything or anyone could.
She shook her head and laughed to herself. "I should head home. Before you spirits decide to play another prank on me." She reached into her purse and pulled out a coin that she flipped into water along with the already sizable amount collected in the fountain. "Here one for the road." She turned and started to make her way out of the park. It had been another interesting night of inexplicable magic in Destiny city.
