Ryan made his way to the fairy-themed park again, hoping to get another glimpse of the strange fairy-like creature that seemed to haunt it for the moment. Sure, he wouldn't be able to catch it on camera - he knew from others on the internet it was a fruitless endeavor, because the being just seemed to vanish from all photo and video despite being right there. People would only ever be able to see it with their own two eyes in person, it seemed. Which was still disappointing. Ryan loved being out there and catching glimpses of the supernatural on camera; it wasn't exactly something he did often, because being outside kinda sucked a lot of the time, but it was something he tried to do once a month or so. This month had just so happened to filled with quite a bit of it, and Ryan figured he'd probably have his fill of this kind of thing until the end of the year. Or, well, until Halloween, probably, actually. Because Halloween was a whole different ball game. Everything was spooky and awesome and there was just so much candy everywhere. It really was the best season. Yes, Halloween was a whole season. He started getting excited for it in August for Pete's sake. But it was still June, so. He shook the thought away, hardly looking where he was going until he bumped into a tree and fell flat on his a**. "Ow," he grumbled, looking around quickly. No fairy guy, but there was a person standing near him who'd probably seen the whole sorry affair. "I'm okay," he said, in case they were worried as he stood up, brushing the dirt from his pants.

Cherish Abney was loving the atmosphere of the fairy wonderland. It was innocent and dreamlike, and it offered a soothing environment. Right up until And then fierce giggling drew her ear, and she sopun towards the sound. Cherish was dressed in a purple tank top, and denim jeans, more interested in games and wares than balls and banquets, and when she saw the other go down, she approached to check on him, brushing blonde locks nbehind gher. "Are yoiu sure you're okay? I heard giggling... Maybe someone tripped you?" Cherish looked around again and frowned as a small form darted from sioght. "...Was... Nevermind." Was tyhat FLYING?

Ryan nodded at the question, checking his phone to make sure it hadn't been damaged in the fall. Thank God he'd splurged for a really good case. "Yeah, I'm really fine," he reassured her, "If someone tripped me, I'll bet it was that fairy people have been saying they're seeing around here. I've been trying to get a good look at it again ever since the first time I got pranked." He peered around in the direction Cherish was staring, but frowned in frustration when he didn't see anything. "Damn, there goes my luck, I guess," he said ruefully, "I'm going to start chasing after it, if I even can. At least I can try, anyway." He paused as he stepped forward, looking back at Cherish. "You wanna come with? Do you like fairy hunting?"

"So I did see a fairy." Cherish said slowly, then sifghed. "Actually, I doin't mind helping. I've never hunted fairies, but there's some folk who say the fair folk are tricky little things." Cherish said, and crosse3d her arms, berfore sanapping to look at movement, and, seeing nothing clearly, she sighed and ggrimaced, shakling her head. "Son of a sugar cookie..." She muttered. In a flash, she withdrew her smartphone, motioniung. "Two minds are better than one, right? Let's find this thing."

Ryan nodded, giggling slightly at the "curse word" Cherish used. Cute. "It doesn't appear on any kind of cameras," he said, noting she had her phone out, "There's been loads of rumors about this thing already, and it up and vanishes from all photos and videos, even though you can still it standing right there, it won't show up in your camera." He trudged forward as quietly as he could, keeping a listening ear out for any sounds not coming from himself or Cherish.

"Sounds right." Cherish frowned, looking around firmly, eyes taking in the data around her as she frowned. "I don't think we're looking at a fairy. Those are cute, innocent things. I think we have a fae rooted in the more traditional sense... Meaning it's a tricky, mischievous little thing made of magic. Fae like to mess with peoiple. At least, if all the various pagan claims are true." Cherish began to move, walking with him carefully as she looked around, brown eyes alert for threat or that annoying flying fae. Maybe it was a misplaced brownie? Ugh, she needed more pagan friends.

Ryan nodded. "Yeah, that makes sense. It's not horrible, though, just... mischievous. As long as nobody's, like... maimed, seriously injured, or killed, it seems pretty harmless."

"I haven't heard of anybody getting hurt." Cherish admitted softly, and looked around again before frowning. She was still cranky, though, and she looked about, frown becoming a scowl. "I wish they were less troublesome, really..."

"Neither have I," Ryan said cheerfully, "So that makes it all fine." He snickered at her slight crankiness. "I love what they're doing! Silly little pranks and stuff. A little fun makes like worth living, plus it makes for good stories to tell!"

"Right up until they go too far... Posibly." She made a concertned face, frowning somewhat concerned as she walked along, and paused, looking around for signs of ytrouble, frowning. "They likelyu don't think like we do as well..." She hummed, frowning. "So who knows what to expect..."
