Quote: It wouldn’t be a star festival without a meteor shower! Right on time, a beautiful array of shooting stars graces the night sky. Most meteor fragments appear to be little white or yellow lights streaming across the sky, but if you watch closely enough you may find that some of them seem to be pink, blue, and even purple in color. The scientists have reported that it’s just different components burning up as they enter the atmosphere, but there’s something undeniably magical about it. Kindness, gentleness. Yes, this festival was all about that, but Jiho had little interest in festivities. Life was boring, and frustrating. What was even the point of struggling when it would all end with the strong crushing the weak? But... There were a few somewhat comforting things that came with these season... They sky was clear, the lights turned low, and the stars glimmered one by one.. It was one of those nice nights where Jiho went outside to a quiet hill, and watched the stars. A thought passed through his mind.. The sky looked the same as it did back home.. And for a moment, he missed it. Oh well, nothing could take him back home now. Might as well just enjoy the stars.

Dria sighed. Her parents were kicking her out (she was 19, and she needed a place to stay. But tonight was the Star Festival and she didn't want to think about that right now. She shook the thought out of her head and walked over to the star gazing hill where it was all dark and quiet. She nearly ran into someone in the dark. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see you. Excuse me."

"Hmph." Of course someone would run into him. He had specifically came out all this way alone to avoid people. And yet here was someone who decided to place her feet exactly where he had been standing. Another annoyance to add to an already annoying day. "Yes, excuse you. Now if you'd please, keep going about your business and leave me alone."

Kapoodles Hope you don't mind. smile "Well,, excuse me!" Dria muttered as stumbled away in the dark. "Try to be polite to someone after you make a mistake... Someone's having a bad day..." She found a place about 30 feet away from him, and sat down to look up at the stars. There, there were the stars she loved; they calmed her down, when she had to deal with jerks.... Then she saw the Shooting Stars. They were brilliant. Wait was that pink? Blue? Purple? Interesting. Something strange was happening!

“You must be more daft than I thought if you’re repeating yourself.” But it didn’t matter what she said. She’d be gone soon, and Jiho could go back to being on his own, enjoying the night. Except she didn’t go that far away. She was still there, annoyingly close and still within his peripheral vision. It disgusted him. “Can’t you move further away. I was here first, and I was alone. Somehow you managed to get this close on an empty hill, step on me, and still be too rude to not go entirely away. You have no courtesy at all.”

"Look," Dria said calmly. "I said I was sorry. Now you can either pipe down and enjoy the show, or I can call my twin brother, who is a police officer to settle this for us." Grudging she moved 5 more meters away anyway. Drew was only a rookie anyway. She sat down and watched the sky. She was not going to let some stranger who decided to be an idiot (and probably had consumed something that was clouding their thoughts) ruin her night. She looked up at the sky, aw she had always loved sky shows. She wondered where the world of Pasithee was anyways. Wait, was that pink... and then blue ? in the shooting stars?

Jiho did not appreciate the thought. He immediately stood up and walked over to the girl, staring down at her with a hateful look in his eyes. "You're really going to call the police on me because I was here first? You're really going to use the threat of what could potentially be violence on me because you're acting like an entitled little child and violating my own personal space? You should be ashamed of yourself, especially in the world we live in."

Dria got up and walked away again. "I am simply trying to end this by stating my boundaries. You are the one who keeps dragging it out. Now if you speak to me again, I really will call the police and not just my brother."

That was enough of her. And enough of this. Honestly, he could watch the stars elsewhere. And so he would, and he left that hill, heading farther away from that annoying, prattling girl. She disgusted him, a pure abuse of power, reminding him far too much of what he had escaped before. No star shower was worth being around her. Sailor Hawk And Jiho’s gone! That’s a fin for me!
