Quote: Strange things appear in Destiny City all the time, so nothing seems out of the ordinary about what might look like discarded trash, broken glass, or pieces of broken jewelry. If anyone were to lean in for a closer inspection, they might find a beautiful, gemstone like object that is shaped a bit like a star. They come in an array of colors and almost seem to have some sort of light sparkling in them. Elsa was pretty much always prepared for some kind of weird s**t to happen in Destiny City. He'd seen so much of it over the years that he liked to think pretty much nothing fazed him anymore. Really, the only reason he'd taken a moment to examine the glittering fragment was that a bush seemed a strange place for a piece of glass to get stuck, and he'd wanted to extract it to ensure no one got hurt, human or foraging squirrel.
But it wasn't glass at all. What Elsa withdrew was a small, sparkling star, and he raised his eyebrows, turning it over in his hands.
"Huh," he said, softly. It was pale blue and crystalline, and light in his hands. Odd that he'd mistaken it for glass, but it did sparkle, he supposed. How fascinating, and what an interesting little oddity.

Elsa was going to get interrupted by an approaching other Dark Mirror Senshi. A giant dweeb of a Dark Mirror Senshi. "Heya, Senpai!" Mundilfari called out, sauntering over to Elsa like nothing weird was going on. He didn't even stop to think whether or not Elsa knew what senpai meant. "Whatcha got there?" he asked, peering over the other senshi's shoulder, fully being ridiculously nosy. He caught a glimpse of something shiny, and promptly started positioning himself in exaggerated ways to get a look. You wouldn't think that, just by looking at him and his enthusiasm, Mundilfari had spent most of his Dark Mirror career unpowered. After Remarque had introduced him to The Dark Arts through the mirror, he hadn't taken things seriously and wandered off to do life things. Now he had just sort of remembered that channeling his Dark Mirror self was an option and thing to do, so he'd reassumed his mantle and was wandering around to get his bearings.

Elsa startled, a little, when the other Senshi called out to him, and he half-turned, but it wasn't quick enough to avoid getting crowded up on by his....enthusiastic...new friend. He let out a soft laugh, and opened his palm, turning around so he could show it to the other Senshi properly. Better to be polite to a member of his court, and not...acknowledge...whatever it was the other Senshi called him. Senpai, whatever that meant.
"Y'know, time was, I would have punched you for sneaking up on me," he said, idly. "Here, don't lean over my shoulder, just take a look. I'm not sure what it is, really, just...I saw it sparkling in the bush, and I mean, I didn't want anyone to get hurt, but it seems pretty safe?"
He shrugged his shoulders. "I'm Elsa, by the way. Don't think we've gotten to meet before."

"Huh, really? Why's that? Super reflexes or something?" Leave it to Mundilfari to be a bonehead about why sneaking up on someone would get him punched. He surveyed the sparkling stone that Elsa was holding. "Ooh, shiny. Clearly, this is a quest important artifact. I can imagine the little popups now. 'New quest obtained: the Mystery of the Shiny Stone!' Except we don't have an arrow pointing us to the next part of the quest." Mundilfari grinned and waved at Elsa when the introductions began. "You can call me Dark Mirror Sailor Mundilfari, Senshi of Command! Just calling me Mundi is much less of a mouthful though." Somehow, despite his general failure to Dark Mirror properly, Mundilfari clung to his powered name like a stat boost item hoarded till the end of the game. He liked it, even if he had no idea about its full ramifications.

"Super reflexes and anger management issues," Elsa said, voice dry. "Especially because this is a war where people will try to kill you." But, alright, this Senshi seemed to be harmless, if a little bit dumb, so he was, for the most part, glad he was better about the whole "punch first, ask questions later" thing.
He turned the sparkling stone over in his hand. "Oh, I hope this isn't a quest item, I bet it'd be for some ridiculous collect-a-hundred-shards fetch quest thing with a terrible reward." He couldn't help but crack a smile as he said it, though, because the idea was, bluntly kind of hilarious. It was too easy to picture: jumping from rooftop to rooftop in Destiny City, digging in bushes and trash looking for more mystery crystals. "Anyway, good to meet you, Mundi."
