After his non title match against Matt Gennison, Rob Van Dam came up short, and is stopped for an interview to get his thoughts.

The CWF Champion himself would be walking backstage, holding his title over his shoulder but was in pain from a hard hitting loss against Matt Gennison, showing sweat rolling off his head as he was walking down the hallway and was encountered by a CWF interviewer, and Rob stops, accepting the interview. Interviewer: " Rob, just a couple questions, one being, what are your thoughts on your match with Matt Gennison?" RVD: "Well what can I say? I lost. Matt's a great, great superstar and performer and has been for years, I've got nothing but respect for the man, but he's not the CWF Champion, that's supposed to be me, and I can't lose a match like that, its unacceptable on my part as being the champion in this great company. I hope me and him can face again one day, even if my title is on the line." An obviously frustrated Van Dam finishes his answer and waits for the second question. Interviewer: "Well after what happened to Matt after your match, he is gonna have his hands full with the Beast, Brock Lesnar, but you're still the champion and that brings me to my next question; who do you think is gonna step up and challenge you for that title at our next pay per view, Breaking Point?"RVD: "I'm ready for anybody. I've gotta prove myself again, even with this CWF Championship on my shoulder, I lost a big match and now I've got to get back on the winning side, and prove I'm deserving of this title, and that's the most dangerous RVD anyone can face, so whoever steps up, I'm ready." Rob would nod his head at the interviewer and walks away, knowing that had to be the last question and a frustrated Van Dam starts to head towards the locker room.

AJ Styles would appear behind Rob Van Dam and blindside him from behind, knocking him into the interviewer, not giving a damn about any of the nonsense he would be saying!

As Rob was starting to walk away with the conclusion of the interview, he was blindsided from behind and he collapses to the floor not even knowing who or what hit him as he drops his title on the floor in the process and groans in pain from the ambush!

AJ Styles would then look to grab RVD by his hair, lifting him by the head and looking to toss him head first into pile of unfolded steel chairs!

RVD was tossed into the mess of chairs, making all kinda of loud a** ruckus, waking up Edge who was taking a nap in the locker room, and RVD was crawling around in the wreckage of chairs looking down.

The camera would then show the legs of a man in a suit walking, as he would walk and stop to where he was at Rob Van Dam. The camera would zoom out a tiny bit, as the man would crouch down to RVD's level.. it was revealed to be Triple H, who would have changed back into his suit by now. Crouching near a down RVD, he would then speak. "No Way Out 2018... I'll never forget the night, Rob.. and just like that night.. I'll make sure you'll never forget this one either". Triple H would stand up to deliver a kick to the midsection of RVD to keep him grounded. "And at Breaking Point... you'll never forget that night either. Meet the future of CWF. AJ Styles.. the man you'll be defending against at Breaking Point."

RVD was kicked and groans in pain and even though he was in so much pain he heard the words from Triple H, as the CWF Champion lay there groaning and breathing from the assault of AJ Styles and now Triple H.

With a smirk on the now #1 Contender AJ Styles' face, he would grab the CWF Championship and look at it as he knew it would be coming to a new home shortly. He would gently drop it down onto RVD, not wanting to do too much damage to the prize that awaits. AJ Styles would then walk away.
