Underneath one of the lower parts of the fountain, hidden in an ornately carved swirl, is a small golden bell with long golden chain dangling from it. If rung, a beautiful, tinkling sound echoes around the fountain as if many little bells are ringing. There is a faint hint of laughter hidden in the chiming bells. Amidst the tinkling bells and laughter, a little voice that sounds far away seems to ask for a wish. Whether or not one is requested, after a moment the song of the bells begins to fade. If the bell is rung again, nothing strange happens and it functions simply as a normal bell however, for the rest of the night, you hear the sound of giggling and tinkling bells following behind you.9/quote]
"Ah yes, the family friendly, neutered presentation of the fae as happy magic beings that want to play with small children is trying to pander to adult fae. Kai do you seriously need soparklefairy things for a show? I mean really? Because whenm I look for fairies these days I been lookin' at the more otherworldy sort, not the 'Teehee Hi childwen do you want Candeeeee?' take." Siv made a disgruntled exp[ression as she walked through the Wonderland, making a disgruntled face at her adoptive older sibling with a look of pure concern for her sanity.

"There's how-tos online sis. Why must you torment me? I didn't mean to melt your favorite - uh - top undergarment in the dryer! I swear!""

"You've brought me to a hive of craftherpes, biodegradeable or not." Siv remarked, walking after her sister, sioghing as she walked after Kaida, looking around lazily as she took in the scenery lazily, looking around calmly as she sighed and hummed, walking through.

"If you weant inspiration, I could-=- ooohhh." Siv seemed to notice the old fountain aat the same time, and she approached the fountain after Kaida, studying it carefully.

"This is lovely! Add some cobwebs instead? Ally would be all over this s**t."

"I saw some five yen too. And one I can't--" Siv was cut off as something giuggled, a sparkle of light flickering around rhem as if something was appearing from voidspace, but nothing made it clear. Instead irt circled, gluimmering lights and colored sparkle before something flit around Siv's head, made a huffing sopund, and flit over to Kaida, hovering by her ear.

"Make a wiosh!" It enticed in a tiny voice. "It might come true, after all!" And it giggled. Siv stared for a minute, the picture of confusion before she froqwned, and sighed.

"I need a Feo Ul, oh gods."

"E-yyyyyup." Siv frowned, and shook her head before motioning at the little creature, green leafy hair, large colorful eyes -- it looked like the love child of a My Little Pony Changeling, and a Pixie from Final Fantasy XIV, the luittle being following Kaida eagerly.

"Oh! You're ever so much fun! Will you platy? Let's play, kety's play!" The little fae clapped it's tiny hands, and the area was suddenly misty -- nothing to be seen over two feet away, not even the little fae, but there were giggles from every direction!

"A wish, or a game! I haven't played with a mortal in so long!"

Siv, for her paert, held her smaller older sister close defensively and grunted, snorting indignantly as she frowned.

"Swear to the gods..." Siv grimaced. "It's like ******** Il Mheg. I did not sign up for this."

"Don't you cheat!" The littl,le creature flew up behiund Kaida and grabbed her phone, carrying it asway, and Siv blibnked, watching.

"What... What even." She sputtered, and remained attached to her sister cautioiusly, eyes narrowing as she watched. The little beastie then dropped the phone -- not in water, but dirt somewhere, and harrumphed.

Siv blinked slowly, then tilted her head. Well, it wasn't water, but noew the fairy whined.

"Every one of you mortyals is SOPP happy to ask for wishes, but none of you will playu with me, not one!" It whimpered, and ssounded close -- and distressed. "I try and ytry and all you do is take! Won't you play weith me? I'll answer anything you want! I promise!"

There were multiple indignant snortsd, before the little creature clenched their fists and flew right upo into Kaida's face.

"Qwll! I never -- I--" And then their thoughts were interrupted by something and the tiny being blinked once, twice, therice, and the fog cleared. The phone was unter a honeysuckle and the little fae was moving back.

"You.. Don't want a wish? Mortals always asked for tnings when I offered before." The fairy fliut to the bell. "Isn't that why you made me this lovely home?"

Siv blinked, watching the small being with equal parts confusion and curiousity, as the faiory looked confused and distressed, then pulled an ancient coin our of hwer fountain. "Humans sometimes leave gifts too! These are my shionies, I like to look at them. But the rings are unusual. And it picked up a go yen. Siv sighed.

"Humans believe dropping coins will bribe the wish gods." She explained. "Or spirits, opr what havbe ytou. If you want to play, Kaida's right. You need permission."

"Per///m,is....sion...?"

Siv sighed, letting Kaida field the question, instead fetching the surprisingly safe phone from under the flowers, beforte moving to her sister, offering the device.

"Just dirty."

"But how else do I trade for shinies?" It blinked, and Siv inclined her head at the creature thoughtfully, looking to Kaida.

"I think the fae here is missing a point." She observed. The fae humphed.

"Points make the metal men scream, fountain blood, and fall over without playing or giving me shinies. Points arte BAD."

Siv sighed then, and pulled out a shiny new penny discreetly, slipping it into Kaida's haND.

"mEN IN METAL?"

"Make ir rwo." Siv sighed as the little pixie gasped delight, tyhe fae bouncing in the air in excitement.

"Oh, thank you, thank ytou! They will be the prettiest shinies, I promise!" It cried, and darted, trying to hug both.

For her part, Siv made a non-comittal noise, then chuckled low and amused.

"Well siis, I thiunk we plerased a fae." She observed, watching ther tiny being try to hug them.

"And all without needing to wear green!"
