Player Appreciation Event

The Destiny City Star Festival is a time for the community to come together and support each other while pushing for positive change and celebrating wholesomeness. In lieu of that, In the Name of the Moon would like to host a player appreciation event. This year has been hard for a lot of people and we want a chance to provide some positivity to our players. We are fortunate enough to have some of the most creative, kind-hearted people amongst us and we want to take this opportunity to let them know how appreciated they are. To do so, we are asking that players send in kind messages to the shop mule, In the Name of the Mule to be collected and shared with the player.

Messages sent in will only be shared with the player they are meant for and will not be posted publicly. If you would like to send a message to a player but wish to remain anonymous, please indicate that when you send in a submission. All submissions should be titled “Player Appreciation”. You may send in messages to multiple players in a single PM or send in multiple PMs. However, messages will only be shared with players who have posted in the guild at some point in time between May 1st and July 3rd. You can find players that fit this criteria by looking at the latest posts in the guild. If there is a player that is important to you that hasn’t posted in the shop during this time, you can always message them directly to share kind messages and well wishes.

If someone wants to be exempt from receiving any kind messages, they can simply message the shop mule, In the Name of the Mule to request not to be contacted with them.

In exchange for submitting a player appreciation message, you will earn a special raffle ticket! While you may send in multiple player appreciation messages, you will only earn one raffle ticket. These raffle tickets are for a separate raffle than the one on the event information page. The prize for this is one permanent character enhancement. For more information on character enhancements, you can read about them in their introductory post on the event page.

Staff members are excluded from earning raffle tickets for this event but may submit or receive player appreciation messages
